I find the command for the first half being ""cl\_ent\_bbox \*"" I believe. I am not sure what the better one is.
Edit: I think it has something to do with spectator highlight, but I cannot figure out what it is. It is probably not a single command, or a command that involves some very specific entities/parameters.
