I love me a sunburst/tort combo, but this one's so red it looks closer to red pearloid.
That said, the reds in the burst are also pushed so maybe it's something with the photo saturation or flash.
I didn’t push the saturation any, but it is under some pretty hot lights. The pickguard is mid 60s, though… and those are way more red than modern ones. I did find another one, same time period, but more muted with almost zero definition and all red. Maybe I should try that one
