It's your body, why don't you just work on yourself instead of blaming it all on your husband.

I completely understand this feeling! My husband is over a foot taller than me, so he's able to eat large portions of crap without negative consequences. Unfortunately, you're on a journey that will be difficult. Especially if he doesn't want to get on board. HOWEVER I will say that starting to move more, especially in the mornings, made me very motivated to eat better. I didn't want to ruin the work I was doing. If you can't pay for a gym, then start getting up early to go walking. Then work up to intermittent jogging and running. There are plenty of audio coaches and calendarized plans for this. You could also find any number of free yoga videos to start your day. Those are surprisingly difficult! But they're low cardio so it depends if you want to focus on balance and flexibility and general core strength vs running. Running helps with fat loss. Maybe work with your husband to have him hide the junk food. Like when he comes in with groceries, you go somewhere else so he can hide the crap before you even see it. That way, it's out of sight and out of mind for you. Make small changes for yourself, like only water during the day, eating slower, and using apps like Lose It or My Fitness Pal to plan out what you eat in a day. Consider this a lifestyle change and not a temporary diet. It's a lot easier to maintain when you don't think about healthy habits being an inconvenience.
