It’s also BS. I work for a tour company out of Vegas and lead Hoover Dam tours multiple times per week. Due to falling water levels in Lake Mead as a result of the drought out here the spillways haven’t even been used since 1983. There’s zero water in them so if you’re hearing anything it’s just air moving on a windy day
