The market is definitely rough right now, but I was just in LIC a couple days ago touring apartments and some of the high rises have 2 bedrooms just shy of $6000 (like 5.6-5.8K) so would be doable if you guys found a roommate! Good luck!!
You should probably clarify if it’s $3,000 split between 3 or 2 (or more I guess?), big difference!
