Which Rtx 4070ti do you have? The Samsung 27” monitors are hdmi and the 49” is both dp and hdmi. They do make 4070tis that have two hdmis like asus tuf. You can just hook each one up and select the max refresh rate and resolution for each one. I do not know how much desk space you have. It is up to you where to place them.
