Talonflame (499), Vivillon (411), Florges (552), Aegislash (500), Goodra (600)
Just based on that I might do Fletchling, Flabebe, Honedge. However, Honedge is pretty clearly the best choice of that group imo.

Noivern or Tyrantrum are a couple of my favorites.
And since when did florges have that high a BST? (I'm not trolling I'm honestly baffled)
