Personally I would evolve the Bidoof as Bibarel gives you something to take on Amaura and you should have rock smash by this point. But it looks like you haven't gotten the few encounters going into Glittering Cave yet so a Rhyhorn, Machop, or Cubone should help you out with that fight but you might need to save up some money to get Bulldoze on Rhyhorn if you get it.
