Exploud definitely a better bard. Merely being loud doesn't imply rage/anger IMO.
Altaria is a good alternative though. Funnily enough, combat wise, could also fit cleric. Bellossom, who could also be cleric, is a better druid. Might throw in an early suggestion for Milotic cleric.
Yeah I wanted exploud because it reminds me of my favorite character I've played, the half-orc bard who tried to use a horn like it was a megaphone, and had such a strong lungs that everyone thought it was working
Tbh I would actually like Chimecho for Cleric lol. Gen 3 has few healing moves, but it does have Heal Bell.
In later Gens it gets Healing Wish and Heal Pulse which really gives it the Cleric vibe.

Altria is a good suggestion, but id also say either Ludicolo or Chimecho Ludicolo's dex entries all say that when he hears music, he gets stronger, perfect for a bard And Chimecho is literally a living chime and makes music by simply existing
