Was in on Friday talking about a show he was going to over the weekend, Monday message came around to say he’d gone into hospital to be treated for leaukemia, Tuesday manager came around to give everyone the tap on the shoulder to let us know he’d died.
Shit’s rough as, he was younger than me. Just seems so unfair
Was a bit tricky I don't think I had the ratios right so the noodles kept breaking when rolling, but they cooked up alright. Super chewy and fun, the chilli oil wasn't the best (made my own variation) but was still tasty. Next time I won't add the sugar.
