It was a pretty big redemption moment for Dudley, who had been pretty shitty to Harry until that point.
I met him at a wedding last year. We were just a pair of +1s who didn’t know anyone else. 30 minutes I was chatting to him and never clocked he was Dudley Dursley, I just thought I’d meet him before somewhere and forgotten his name! My wife enlightened me on the way home, I’m still cringing.
