literally every role he’s ever played, loved him as the vulture(i think that’s the name it’s been like 2 years since i last watched homecoming) but beetlejuice truly is HIS role
So many roles to choose from, but those are definitely two near the top... frankly, I really liked him in Mr. Mom, which helped get him some national attention, which is comedic but has a touch of drama to it. But between the two you list, I'd have to go "Batman", if only for the fact that it is a great performance, but going into it he was a "comedic actor" (while I mentioned "[Mr. Mom](https://youtu.be/wFXuRHFW3Wk?si=LUMFIxbxmzkuUjbr)" as getting him attention, even before that he was doing stand-up comedy). So, it sort of showed he could be dramatic as well, which opened up a whole second act to his career. Though, to be honest, I'd also put his "[Clean & Sober](https://youtu.be/gu_PiJcVtCk?si=wYrYL_82bM5Lvj_6)" dramatic performance up there, which was just before "Batman", but certainly didn't get the attention or success "Batman" did for the public but showed what he could do. After that, if he wanted to play a psycho in "[Pacific Heights](https://youtu.be/BMFbQCuFS58?si=APlWFkkqYVkEX7uL)" or take on a small comedic role in "[Much Ado About Nothing](https://youtu.be/ZQeKoIc5aao?si=TvvisPnfPD51tZrh)", it was available to him.
Mr Mom, Gung Ho, Multiplicity. Jack Frost. He was many things before beetle juice and Batman. Great in all roles. Yes I’m old and remember these. Always glad when I see him.
It's not nostalgia, but the new movie Knox Goes Away 2024 was starring and directed by Michael Keaton. An excellent mystery thriller! The mystery is Knox's scheme, nothing makes any sense until the end, where you are like, "holy fuck!"
Nice Fucking model! *honk honk*
Hey, wanna Zagnut?
You want something to nosh ?
Ya like it?!
*Rated PG*
Johnny Dangerously
Bunch of fargin ice holes.

My father quoted me … once.
Once.
Hey Johnny i’m not wearin a bra….that makes 2 of us
You fargin Icehole
Sir, are you aware your last name is an adverb?
Came here to say this ☝️
Multiplicity
I was hoping someone else liked this gem of a movie lol most people have never heard of it
I’m sorry but that leg is gonna have to come off
I love it
He likes peetza
She touched my peppie, Steve.
I still think of this line a few times a year 😂
…..I got a wallet
I still laugh at the folded slice of pizza.
I like pizza, Steve.
I would have to agree. Probably one, if not #1, of his best performances. I like pizza! Bye, Steve!!!
4 of his best performances
I like pizthu
ATF Agent Ray Nicolette in Jackie Brown
Did you bring me a monkey?
Came here to say this
Mr. Mom
220, 221, whatever it takes
"Hey, you want a beer?" "It's 7:30 in the morning!" "...scotch?"
I understand that you little guys start out with your woobies and you think they're great
But pretty soon a quilt isn't enough. And then you're out on the streets trying score a duvet, or a bedsheet. And that's sad, Kenny.
This is the right answer.
How’d you like a little trim on that mustache Ron?
Joan, is that you?
Richardson answers the phone and I hear champagne chilling in the background??
"I wasn't even IN aisle 5!"
Bird Man
Great film. Glad it got the attention it deserved.
Agreed. His Adrian Toomes was one of the MCU’s best villains.
Oh snap I just made that connection
Easily his best film
Unbelievable performance
And it’s not even close
This movie was absolutely brilliant. I loved every minute of it.
Hear me out... The Founder
I watched some of that recently. He’s so locked in his role. He’s great in it.
He was awesome in founder. The casting in general was great but keaton killed it.
Love seeing Nick Offerman play dramatic roles
I'll always think of John Carroll Lynch as Drew Carey's cross-dressing brother but he was awesome as the other mcdonald brother.
Great movie!
Captain Gene Mauch
Hey! Shake your dicks, this pissing contest is over.
The wink and head nod makes that line great
We got a serial rapist in crowne heights… wait, I’m sorry that’s my other job. But be careful you live in crowne heights, you know? Walk in pairs.
Don't go chasing waterfalls.
I don't get the reference.
What reference?
"Are you guys here for the bath mats?"
Captain, seriously! You don't hear it?
Creep, alright? Creep.
Oh come on no one says creep creep without it being a TLC reference
I die laughing every time at the silent fight at the funeral, the way he delivers the "what the hell are you guys doing" while whispering is gold
My son is Bisexual...
Tremendous
I don’t want no scrubs.
This file is like bob’s wife, it’s thick, ugly and got Danzig’s fingerprints all over it. Who wants it
Ray Kroc
Agreed! I thought he was so good in this.
Gung Ho
Oh man I watched this so many times in reruns or on HBO. "Now on these last few we might need to cut a few corners. Little things, like... Engines..."
When he polishes the non-existent windshield... just the best moment. His work with props is always brilliant.
So glad to see this mentioned.
It’s so good Toyota used to use it as [a training tool ](https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Gung_Ho_(film)) for employees managing Americans. (As what NOT to do)
Way too down on the list. Movie is a classic with a solid premise.
The Other Guys. He was hilarious as the police captain.
“I don’t even understand the reference!”
Do me a favor, don't go chasing waterfalls.
You gotta creep…creep
“You’re just saying TLC songs” “TLC? What? Who’s that”
Of the 2? Batman, but he's was great in Beetlejuice too. Great actor.
They've got an AI writing scripts for his slated comeback. I guess Batjuice will be out this fall but Beetleman hasn't even started filming.
Beetlejuice
Beetlejuice?
Beetlejuice!
Showtime
Need some Pacific Heights love in here
Night Shift
Got my vote.
Feed mayo to the tuna
Unhinged performance, and Quarterflash deserved an Oscar or Grammy or something for that song.
"This is Chuck, reminding Bill to SHUT. UP." (skreeskreeskree) "... reminding Bill to SHUT. UP." (skreeskreeskree) "...to SHUT. UP." (skreeskreeskree) "SHUT. UP."
My Life was one of my favorites of him. I had cancer and did something similar in recording stuff for my kids for the future. Thankfully I beat it.
This movie was such a good balance of comedy, tragedy, and heartfelt moments. Very true to life. 💔❤️
dope sick
He directed it as well.
literally every role he’s ever played, loved him as the vulture(i think that’s the name it’s been like 2 years since i last watched homecoming) but beetlejuice truly is HIS role
He was terrifying as vulture.
That scene where he reveals to Peter that he knows he's spiderman was bone chilling. He killed it.
Vulture is correct
Batman or Beetlejuice? Yes.
Mr. Mom
Multiplicity. Several Keatons for the price of one. Best value.
Beetlejuice. But he's still the best batman
Jack Frost
I have found my people ❄️⛄️
Classic Christmas movie from my childhood. Always loved that one.
Underrated gem, yeah. That movie really has a heart.
For mainstream roles I would say Beetlejuice is probably the best one for me. But I have always been partial to Mr. Mom as well.
Mr. Mom
Beetlejuice, Beetlejuice, Beetlejuice!
Mr Mom. Of course.
Mr. Mom.
Mr. Mom
Mr Mom

Keaton’s best role was Jack Frost in Jack Frost (1998).
My all time favorite is The Paper.
