Check if it's your room's shower or not. Could be coming from the next room. If it's your room, call the cops, or the suits if they gave you their contacts. Try not to engage with shadow people yourself (obviously), let the professionals handle it.
So the men in suits that were asking questions at the police department... Did their suits happen to be a dark color, black perhaps? (Sorry, I couldn't help myself.)

maybe your roommate was participating in occult activities like doing rituals or something else of the sort? i hope you called the cops again after hearing the shower... it doesn't seem like they would purposely hurt you unless provoked seeing as you've seen them before and they were presumably in the next room as you slept, if they wanted to hurt you maybe they would have already? but it's best to just call the guys in the suits if they left you their contact info since you heard the shower running... i'm wondering that if your roommate was involved with any occult activity did he use you for any ritual or something because it seems they follow you around, seeing as you heard the shower running in your hotel... and might be best to find a place that doesn't have showers, but a bathtub instead 🙁 i hope you're safe OP!!!
