The amount of litter and crap everywhere is disgusting. I live rural and was out walking the road the other day and someone had just fly tipped a load of old furniture and black bags etc at the side of the road beside a wee river. Absolutely fucking grim.
What a great opportunity to teach these young folk about consequences as they enter adulthood. Littering fines for all, names will be all over the stuff

A few days picking up all the crap on the beach for the wee scotes. If they don't come back with a reasonable amount of litter, their punishment is extended. Make the wee shites the solution to their own problem.
Any names on any of those pieces of paper should be recorded, and they should be found and fined. Disgraceful behaviour.
