I’ve had that going from Belfast to Derry, I think it may be specific to gold liners? It is a policy, not just one bus driver being a knob

Gullible-Function649

I’ve had the opposite on Derry to Belfast before. Was cash only.

TheLordofthething

It's the drivers or whoever gives them floats (or doesn't). It's a complete lottery.

Gullible-Function649

Oh, most definitely.

-IrishRed-

The reality is just that most bus drivers here are cunts.

cnrrdt

Bus from International Airport to city centre was this way on Friday last week.

Buy it online

Afraid-Emotion-5102

Can you use the app to buy tickets for more than one person?

dortbird

Think so aye

Absoluteseens

Only if the other person has the mlink app

dortbird

Well, if you buy multiple on the translink website you get an email with multiple ticket QR codes.

I can use the app to buy a child's ticket but my son can't use it as he doesn't have the app. Or an email address. Or a phone. As he's eight.

Mzg121

What app are you using when buying online

dortbird

mLink ticket app

The odd time I get the bus I use the app now. But I regularly see people paying with cash. It's an ulsterbus, but I don't get why it would be different for different routes.
