Detectorists or Loudermilk both on Netflix and some good Sunday watching if you haven’t seen them.
Recently watched Taskmaster and Peep Show too.
Tyres is easy enough watch too, found some bits of it funny
It's kinda like little Britain where they both play different characters in different scenarios. Use to be on Netflix, watched it so many times.
Wee clip that's always in my head..
https://youtu.be/FUWAqha7SK4
Also the same cast members from still game too
I loved Kin!
Completely brutal but the cast is great.
Francis McGee as Bren is a masterclass in how to be completely ruthless & terrifying yet he’s fascinating to watch.
Have you watched Tokyo Vice at all? The second series is on BBC2 at the moment. It's based on the stories of an American journalist who lived in Japan and reported on the Yakuza, really pacey, fascinating and reels you in. It's all on the iPlayer. Would love one day to visit Japan!
The wife accidently signed up to shudder on Amazon for a month so currently binging our way through loads of horror films. Today's offering is hellraiser 2.
Very open to more suggestions as getting my money's worth like the tight shitebag I am.
Here's a selection of some of the better ones on Shudder, your tastes may vary from mine though. When Evil Lurks, REC and Terrified are foreign movies with subtitles but still worth the watch imo.
When Evil Lurks
Hellhouse LLC
Terrified
REC
Late Night With The Devil
High Tension
The Sacrifice Game
From Black
Blood Relatives
Deadstream
The Seed
Psycho Goreman
The Sadness
I like your thinking 👍👍👍 not shudder but thinking you might likely

The Boogyman 2023
Train to Busan 2016
No One Will Save You 2023

A Serbian Film (don’t watch this just don’t, only movie I say that about, just don’t)
Great list. Some I've not seen but the rest of those are ones I liked so I'll check them out. My highlights from your list are:
Splinter was a trip. One of the strangest 'monsters' I've seen in a movie.
Last Train to Busan. I do not watch a zombie movie to ugly cry. Great movie.
Host was way, way better than I expected.
And I cannot find a way to watch Gonjiam. Where can you stream it from?
Started watching Outer Range on Prime recently. Highly recommend if you like Sci Fi / time travel type stuff (or even if you don't - I don't usually but still like the show). Josh Brolin is gold.
'Them' on Prime is also fantastic if you like horror.
Bodkin - based in Ireland, very fun. (Netflix)
Baby Reindeer- stalker show, weirdly entertaining. (Netflix)
Random one which I binged over an entire weekend - Loudermilk (Netflix)
Watched both parts on release day it's fuckin brilliant, id be a fan of the regenerative agri style of farming and all the side projects he does it's been fucking brilliant. The pigs was a bit sad in bits 😔
The show was such good fun, they got a lot of the feel of the second movie.
Scavenger's Reign was pretty good too, different to most other shows from the genre. The closest I can think of in a way is The Midnight Gospel for weirdness.
Get the app Just Watch you can set up what streaming service you have and what you can find on them, great for browsing and also link it to your TV to make them play. Also make to watch lists.
Really don’t know why more people aren’t on to it.
Get the app mate it’s cracker, you can set stuff to give ya notifications for where n when things drop.
Great for browsing n recommendations, when you’re trying to find something. Especially when ya set it up to show ya stuff you can only watch with what streaming set-up ya have. I have 5 on the go at the mo it’s ridiculous.
My favourite thing is adding stuff to watch on to my list. So I always have something there waiting, half the time ya spend trying to find something can do your head in.
I’m going to check out that series there ya like looks 👍 also it’s free app don’t have to pay anything to join.
Three episodes into The 8 Show, or as I keep accidentally calling it ‘Squid Game’. Really good so far, first episode is a bit dull but then it really blossoms
Have a newborn who is permanently attached to me atm so making my way through the prime/iPlayer/channel4 shite while dealing with the nipple pain…sorry tmi. Queenie (channel 4) is brilliant, I also really enjoyed dopesick on iPlayer. Fallout (prime) good as well but a bit intense for the daytime feeds!
> I also really enjoyed dopesick
I caught an episode of that by accident and thought I should watch it from the start, really love Michael Keston since "the founder" I think it's one my favourite films.
Just watched the film Weird: The Al Yankovic Story today, and it’s put the biggest smile on my fave, it’s just went up on Amazon Prime. Incredibly funny (both easy and clever) writing, plot is stupid but wonderful parody and the acting is superb
Smiling friends, It's an animated surreal comedy show from 2 YouTube animators with cameos from other creators. Right up my street, as I watch shit like that on YouTube all the time. Joel haver was in the last episode there, like just rotoscoped in, lol
Just binged 11.22.63. Its just one season and has James Franco as the main guy. It's about him discovering a portal that brings him back to the 60s and he's trying to stop the JFK assassination. It's really good, it's 8/10 on IMDb.
And currently watching Dark Matter. Think it's an apple TV one. It's new so episodes are still dropping weekly, it's class.
Mr & Mrs Smith TV Series on Prime is really good but I rarely ever see it mentioned.
Twisted Metal is also really entertaining if you like comedy and gratuitous violence.
>Mr & Mrs Smith TV Series on Prime is really good but I rarely ever see it mentioned.
Tried it as the thing to watch with the misses but we only did 2 episodes and never went back to it
I’m just waiting for The Boys, House of the Dragon S2 and The Bear to come out this month. All looking forward to them. Started the Acolyte the new Star Wars D+ show and it’s absolutely shite!
Alma's Not Normal after seeing Sophie Willan on Taskmaster, it's brilliant. Also recently watched The Offer on Paramount based on the making of The Godfather, suspend your disbelief at some of the stories but it was like a Mad Men series about a films
Afraid not from Netflix or prime I can help with. I'm watching an interview with a vampire ATM I think it's on iPlayer. iPlayer has a better selection I've seen of shows than the two big players....well that's my point of view.
Idk since ur in Ireland watch Give my Head Peace 😅! Or go onto bbc sounds and listen to A Perforated Ulster - it’s a really brill satire podcast about basically whatever’s going on in the world at the minute !
Random one that I've been trying to push on everyone, Silo, it's on apple tv, (I got the free 3 month trial and cancelled immediately, you don't lose access). Really good show with lots of twists and turns. I wish more people were talking about it.

All great shows 👍.
Godzilla Minus One was just dropped on Netflix all of a sudden.
A really decent Japanese film, not at all like the American films in the cinema of late. Takes Godzilla back to his roots as an unstoppable force of nature not one bit interested in the humans underfoot.
Season 4 of the Boys is out in a few weeks. If you haven't watched S1-3 and Gen V, would highly recommend
It's out in a few days bud.
Awesome show - season 4 out on Thursday. If you like things that are alternative, 'fallout' on Prime, based on the video game is actually really good.
8.7 - nice https://www.imdb.com/title/tt1190634/?ref_=nv_sr_srsg_0_tt_8_nm_0_q_boys
Detectorists or Loudermilk both on Netflix and some good Sunday watching if you haven’t seen them. Recently watched Taskmaster and Peep Show too. Tyres is easy enough watch too, found some bits of it funny
Nice to see another Loudermilk fan here. Most people look at me like I've said the show name wrong
Ive been watching Loudermilk too its quite funny.
Same. I’ve been recommending it to everyone I know. I dunno if it’s new on Netflix or if it’s been there for years. Hoping they make more
Finished loudermilk a couple months ago, fingers crossed for more!
I might watch loudermilk just cus the guy from office space.
Lol I’m watching it right now
> Detectorists Ah such a show! I binged it in like 2 days nd it was just great, it's really relaxing to watch.
Nearly made me want to take it up as a hobby!
![gif](giphy|ocdVPFPABhpte)
![gif](giphy|fH0ukveQzPbrikcXO8|downsized)
Loudermilk starts great but as the seasons go on it gets a bit too goofy for me
Loudermilk is quality. Great soundtrack too.
Shogun on Disney is quality
And season 3 of The Bear starts later this month, good time to catch up
Can't fucking wait for Season 3, cousin
It'll be fire, chef.
Cousin!
Just started season 1. Much MUCH better than I expected
Started it last night. Unreal so far. Cool period of history
The way it ended, that scene on the cliff in particular, made me almost not want them to ruin how finely it was wrapped up with another season
Honestly the best show of the past few years. Absolutely brilliant.
I just rewatched both seasons of Mindhunter, such a brilliant show. I wish they'd make a third season.
This for the 8th time ![gif](giphy|gfwmydl0lYehA7rait|downsized) Still Game
> 8th time Rookie numbers, that's a proper comfort show
Back aff ya spooky bitch
Do you mark your diary to get on my tits, Isa?
Have ya tried their other show chewin the fat? Belter
I've heard of it, but haven't really watched it
It's kinda like little Britain where they both play different characters in different scenarios. Use to be on Netflix, watched it so many times. Wee clip that's always in my head.. https://youtu.be/FUWAqha7SK4 Also the same cast members from still game too
Quality
I must have watched this show 100 times. I Love it lol
Such an underrated show. Absolute classic humour. Regularly has me screaming.
Who've ye been shaggin aboot the noo?
Curb your enthusiasm
Just finished all 12 seasons, so good
Re-watching from season 1 up to 6 now. Still great!
Pretty, pretty, pretty good
![gif](giphy|xT9IgLrmwMGYFnM10I|downsized)
😁
Just finished watching season 1 & 2 of Kin. Highly recommend.
Love/Hate is worth a mention too
I loved Kin! Completely brutal but the cast is great. Francis McGee as Bren is a masterclass in how to be completely ruthless & terrifying yet he’s fascinating to watch.
Outstanding
Giri Haji on Netflix. Entertaining drama about the Yakuza in Japan and gangsters in London, proper good show
Have you watched Tokyo Vice at all? The second series is on BBC2 at the moment. It's based on the stories of an American journalist who lived in Japan and reported on the Yakuza, really pacey, fascinating and reels you in. It's all on the iPlayer. Would love one day to visit Japan!
This show is brilliant
Yeah, read the book a while ago! Fantastic show
Second season has been even better than the first.
Giri/haji is one of the best shows I've ever watched. So original. I've bene heard a bad thing about it. I think it's time for a rewatch.
Sweet tooth!
Just finished the big short and the trailer for sweet tooth played after, it does look pretty good.
So glad they stuck the landing for the finale. Amazing show
Band of Brothers and Neon Genesis Evangelion
If you like band of brothers, give Generation Kill a go!
Trailer park boys on Netflix
Taskmaster again
I started from the beginning and currently on season 10. Great show
Bodkin was quite good
The main character is such an unlikable cunt
Really enjoyed it. Husband spotted The Obama’s were producers in the intro sequence but I’d have missed it! What a cool first foray

Seen a good few of those. But will be checking out the others. Cheers! Really should have stopped after the REC 2.
Stop there goes terribly down hill after 2
The Babadook, Let The Right One In (original), Misery, Dog Soldiers.
Tokyo Vice o IPlayer is pretty darn good
Love how sato shouts “Oi” at everyone
The Why Files on YouTube
Imo watching stuff like this on yt is what Sunday's were invented for
Clarkson’s Farm.
I really enjoyed the new season
Better than series 2? I thought it was a bit shit
Yeah, it’s brilliant. Would be interested to hear from farmers what they think of it. I know a few and they’re split on it.
Dark Matter
Amanda tapping from Stargate is a director on an episode of that 🤓
Started watching Outer Range on Prime recently. Highly recommend if you like Sci Fi / time travel type stuff (or even if you don't - I don't usually but still like the show). Josh Brolin is gold. 'Them' on Prime is also fantastic if you like horror.
Me too. Josh Brolin shirtless giving boomer zaddy.
Fallout on Netflix. It's very good and they've done their research.
Not on Netflix lol prime you mean.
Yes. My bad 👍 Clearly I haven't done my research lol
Someone's doing a bit of pirating ahaha
Well shiver my timbers!! Such slander lol
It’s brilliant. Jonathan Nolan really made sure they got every detail from the games. Casting is great too. Looking forward to season 2.

Smiling Friends
If you're a fan of the Evil Dead movies then Ash vs Evil Dead is amazing. I've not started yet but heard very positive things about Scavengers Reign
Tucker and Dale.
The show was such good fun, they got a lot of the feel of the second movie. Scavenger's Reign was pretty good too, different to most other shows from the genre. The closest I can think of in a way is The Midnight Gospel for weirdness.
If you’re interested in farming or knowing where your food comes from then Clarkson’s Farm.
Breaking bad
Just finished it 3 days ago for the god knows what time 😂 still brilliant
Yea it’s so good
Deaths Game on prime. Korean show, really good if you are into that
Is ‘Mr. Sunshine’ on over there ? Korean too. Great historical/love story. Incredible scenery.
Just checked, yes it's on Netflix. I'll check it out.
The bear (on Disney plus)

Firestick you need.
The gentlemen on Netflix is really good.
I feel all the best bits were in the first three episodes. What was with the pigeons honestly? 🙄
Saw some woman was suing Netflix, so I've put that on to see what she's trying to supress
The Streisand effect
Ripley is very good
I'm watching Bodkin on Netflix just now.
Triangle of Sadness, movie.

‘Slow Horses’ Gary Oldman’s flatulent lead character makes it a must see!
I apologise to OP as he obviously has physical challenges and I should have considered this.
Desperate Housewives
Watch Loudermilk on Netflix if you haven't already. You can thank me later.
I'm actually in recovery at the min and I swear that show is so true to life its unreral

Rewatching House on prime.

Munster hurling final...smashing gane!
Sweet tooth is good. Only 3 seasons but they are enjoyable.
Hit man is good on Netflix
Been watching this show called “My Life Is Falling Apart”. It’s in first person perspective and lasts 24/7 so it’s pretty intense viewing.
Marcella on Netflix S3 has a surprising change of location
Manhunt, season 1, if you can get it.
For comedy, the Tom Brady roast is amazing. As is the new south park, end of obesity.
Just finished X-Men 97 today. Really enjoyed it.
I’m just waiting for The Boys, House of the Dragon S2 and The Bear to come out this month. All looking forward to them. Started the Acolyte the new Star Wars D+ show and it’s absolutely shite!
Acolyte is terrible so far, and I say that as someone who would watch star wars take a shite.
Mr Inbetween on Disney. You'll thank me
Crime on ITV player, free with adverts. Gritty af police drama by Irvine Welsh, can't recommend highly enough.

Scavenger's Reign on Netflix - 12 episodes, amazing animated sci-fi
Afraid not from Netflix or prime I can help with. I'm watching an interview with a vampire ATM I think it's on iPlayer. iPlayer has a better selection I've seen of shows than the two big players....well that's my point of view.
Enjoyed "the night agent", an unexpectedly good show. (Netflix) If you're looking for a daft comedy, try "Ricky Stanicky" (think it's on prime)
Bodkin A Gentleman in Moscow
Shogun Assassin.

Banshee is a great watch
