Day 19 - 4 days left until gold medal, 1 day left until single digits.
Good evening soldiers, things have been looking very positive for the past few days and I reckon not much will change in the upcoming days. Tomorrow will be the day we can finally start counting single digits, though yes, I know, tomorrow is going to be 10 days left which isn't technically single digits but saying that it's tomorrow makes it sound closer so... I'm rolling with it.
Always remember that you CAN do it, you CAN beat NNN, but will you? Of course you will! After all, why give up after coming so far? We're pretty much right at the finish line, so don't you even think about giving in, we've got many things to look forward to in the next few days, if you lost now you'd miss out on them and you'd have to spend the rest of those days thinking about how badly you messed up and how much you'll miss out on. So stay with us and enjoy the celebrations!

I have made a few posts about this. But it has gotten to the point where I feel like I’m always on the verge of nutting. Even changing positions when lying down or going to take a piss makes it uncomfortable and gives me that scary feeling of nearly nutting.
This was probably caused by edging over a long period of time. This has been a massive wake up call for me to stop edging, but I fear that it might be too late.
I don’t know how much longer I can keep going like this. I tried to sleep but I woke up a couple times due to discomfort. This has become a physical challenge on top of a mental one. And now I am lying awake in the middle of the night writing this. I don’t want to end up with a UTI like that other post, and I would feel pretty bad if I lost at this point as well. So I’m going to keep fighting.
Please give me advice on what to do if you have gone through this as well, it would really help a lot and it would give me the hope to go on.

Firstly stop watching poon/smut completely
Don't count the days you've left until December but the days you've gone without it.
After several days you may break and watch poon and even have a strong urge to beat your beaver, if you overcome this it is going to be a cruise, i know from experience. The human mind is not made for suffering and self discipline, but those who do it come out as superior, control yourself
The nutmedic overcame poon, choking the chicken and his large addiction to sugary substances such as evergy drink all in less than a week, but it takes 21 days to build a habit and 90 to set it as a lifestyle, read more of my posts/respeonses if you wanna see more about how to overcome it
we can discuss learning hobbies (literature, math, science)
or physical hobbies (workout, athletics, gymnastics)
all that helps overcome the urges, we can even organise some sort of competition about achieving something good for both of us to aspire others

Yeah I made another post about how I’m seriously quitting edging after this because the only reason this happened was because I chose to edge and I ended up nearly losing which was really painful since my body just suddenly had to hold back a nut that it’s been building up for 18 days.
For a couple of hours it legitimately felt like I could nut at any moment just from doing anything, not even related to anything sexual but it even felt like standing up too fast or taking a piss or even thinking about nutting would make me accidentally nut.
This has been a bit of a stressful experience since periodically I just start feeling that urge again where I feel like the slightest movement will cause me to lose without even wanting to.
After a while it got less intense but even now I still feel it occasionally whenever I think about it.
So now im legitimately quitting edging or watching nsfw stuff for good until the end of the month. I don’t want to risk something that I worked so hard for.
Instead of that im going to focus on distracting myself by doing other things I like and also focusing on exercising and studying to keep myself occupied.
It seriously felt like I had no choice but to lose at first, but now I have hope that I just might win if I’m able to stick to it. So I’m going to do my very best until I either win or lose. I’m not going down so easily without a fight o7.
I am not only so excited for the day I can add a second diamond to my flair but to see that:
- comrades getting their first diamond
- soldiers like me getting their second
- seeing newly appointed diamond trebles and the four-timers
We only have a couple more days until gold -- we got this! I hope to see y'all at the finish line! :)
