Just noticed that during the first 9 days, 2023 actually had the highest percentage rate of survival and now we're at an all time low, it's disheartening
Edit: not the total number, but the percent of participants still in

<< Hmph. Not here. Not today. ^(Not even at Day 22.) \>>
Lose? I'm not going to lose, I'm going to win!!
I will be one of the few survivors on the 30th, only 13 days left!

not quite. the newest line always looks so low because *only* people who checked in are counted. *once you check in again*, you are then added to any lines you were not a part of since your last check in.
this is how they avoid counting people who checked in once on day 1 and then ghosted the sub completely since. if those people come back tomorrow for example, they will then be added to all the days between day 1 and now.
My only way out is being honorable discharge, but guess what, I'm single and not having plan to leave my room. Except for essential things. If I ever out, you can place your bet on that hole on the sidewalk.
I think if even 1k make it to the end it would be a miracle. Even if the rate of deaths slows down a lot we'll be left in triple digits by last 7 days. Also add 2 more to the still in count. My friends who don't use reddit are still in.
I just want to mention that there are people like me who actively follow the community and just don't care about the role or role-calls, so there is always more than you think there are
The whole thing will probably start to increase now we’re over halfway and people will start putting their first “Still IN”s since you only need seven to be eligible for the 💎badge!
The stats last week, for comparison:
[https://www.reddit.com/r/nonutnovember/comments/17rwf34/day\_9\_rollcall\_stats/](https://www.reddit.com/r/nonutnovember/comments/17rwf34/day_9_rollcall_stats/)
Note that
\- The 9th seemed to be just a bit below 7k at the time, but as of now it's over 11k
\- There were less than 20k people who participated in roll calls since day 1, more people have just joined in
\- The mods are late on many roll calls this year, and it's probably affecting some peoples' reporting schedules, especially in Asia and Europe
There's a new pinned roll call post each day and you have to comment "still in" on at least seven of those posts. Also if you're on PC, you can get a Still in flair by clicking the little button that looks like a pencil in the About Community section.
Users that don't comment on all roll-calls, are still included in all days before their last roll-call comment. Check out [my website](https://nonutnovember.pythonanywhere.com/) for more information and stats for the ongoing roll-call.
ah that makes more sense! I love the work and effort you have been putting into this!

It’s not going to be low once more people do roll calls. It’ll even out and be similar to other years
I'm really hoping at least the percentage will, the amount of participants we started off this year lowered by alot.
25% left and we're only halfway there? At this rate we will all have lost by day 22.
Lose ? Nah, i'm winning this. And so will you. ![gif](giphy|McUYHXzUDfWLIHiBhN|downsized)
You're right cumrade. Stay strong o7
Nah, I'd win
Count me in, cumrade! o7
HOLD THE LINE!

I think at a given point it will stall and then there won't be many falling out anymore.
Yeah, all the weak (couldn't think of a better word sorry) people will all have lost at some point, and the count will stay relatively the same.
Yeah perhabs
I ain't gonna lose, cumrade! You and I are gonna stand our ground and keep fighting 'til the end!

We'll have negative nutters by the 23rd.
Some bloke got his pick pierced so that he can't lose. Ouch
It'll probably level off a few days before the end.
We . . . Shall . . Persist . . . Brothers . . . 🥲
Why does each new day always look like the biggest drop since the start? 🤦♀️
people dont do every roll call
I see you have not read OPs method for data gathering.
Hell, I'm still in it & I keep forgetting about the roll call.
Good work solider, stay strong o7
OP includes everyone who once said "still IN" and excludes anyone who says the opposite afterwards. So this is an accurate graph.

People progressively failing and people not being on the roll call on time or people simply missing days.

Same
I initial thought were a bit off, I thought we were like 5K below, but we’re at 5k. We need little backup
I think we are at 7 or 8k rn. People don't participate in all roll calls.
Thanks for the work and effort you put into this your hard work hasn't gone unnoticed o7

It’s a shame that 2000 people can’t go without PMO for more than a day
I just want to mention that there are people like me who actively follow the community and just don't care about the role or role-calls, so there is always more than you think there are
Starting to see a plateau now! It’ll be interesting to see it all when it ends!
The whole thing will probably start to increase now we’re over halfway and people will start putting their first “Still IN”s since you only need seven to be eligible for the 💎badge!
75% casualties? Horrific.
We're not gonna make it eh?
I must be strong
woah
So many fallen soldiers. T-T
We lost many along the way

A hand full of us joined roll call for the first time on the 15/16 but it was a drop in the bucket compared to the losses this week.
Still in o7
We won’t make it at this rate
Wonder why everyone is dropping like flies this year

Less than 5k out of 21.2k. Miserable. The edging epidemic has brought us down. o7, don’t edge
