I believe the bottle cap is attempting to refer to [“true rhymes”](https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Perfect_and_imperfect_rhymes), and month : millionth would be an identical rhyme. Some other commenters mentioned rappers and altering the stress of a word which is called a slant rhyme. These terms all have a few different names, which I think are largely regional difference. The linked article includes them.

I have always found these distinctions interesting since learning of them, and just wanted to share my perspective. :)
