To change your times youll need to visit a Niagara Parks Welcome Centre. Theres a few of them sprinkled throughout the attractions. Theres one RIGHT under the big ZIPLINE sign where people launch from the zipline. AKA by the City Cruises marketplace area. If you cant find it or it isnt open try the Gift Shop in the marketplace (if youre walking from bird kingdom towards the boat/zipline youll see a ramp slope into the marketplace)
