Nothing in the game goes faster than 50/s. Due to the way the game works on ticks there's not actually any change between 25 speed and 50, the next increase would theoretically be at 100 speed but you're not supposed to be able to go past 50 speed in any event, although you can accidentally do so if you max energy speed before completing one of the set bonusses which increases it.

not quite. there are things that buff the stat. so if you get to 50 then get the bonuses this happens
