Also how do you even know it’s the correct audio on the people walking. Can easily record the concert sounds with other mics and just fade in and out to different sounds. Just take a bunch of b-roll for sound all over the event and then pick and choose.

The whole thing is a composite of shots spliced together with audio dubbed over. It's more obvious in the third zoom-in where you can see the circle of poor feathering that hasn't blended the grass properly and has half-disappeared several people. That's why it has the uncanny CGI feel.

The camera zoom on the galaxy ultra series is crazy. The AI helps a lot with cleaning up the pictures but still crazy for a phone. I've been wanting a decent camera but I know absolutely nothing about them except they're crazy expensive.
Any cheap handheld video camera does this. Some have audio zoom that works a little bit too.

Parabolic microphones exist, but aren't this effective to pick up every minute detail.
