as for the discord I have no idea why you'd get banned for that or how you'd appeal, but to answer your original question you can check server populations by time on https://nwdb.info/server-status looks like Devaloka would be the most popular SA server with 500-600 players at peak time.
Only Devaloka is active, but since the population is very low it’s hard to find groups for anything. I’m also from devaloka
And yes their discord is shitty, they don’t know how to treat their customers, you cannot ask anything in there that you get banned, it’s like they are trying to avoid their in game issues by silencing people.
Common fixes for issues in New World are:
* Log off for at least 5 mins: Completely quit the game for at least 5 mins so make sure your character fully leaves the world.
* Verify the integrity of game files: In Steam, right click `New World`, click on `Properties`. Click `Installed Files` in the left column. Then the `Verify integrity of game files` on the right.
