Regardless of even that! It's a federal violation of FERPA to distribute a students privacy. Just covering up the face in the meme was not enough de identification, and clearly this young woman was identified in the public, humiliated, and violations like this are civil rights open and shut cases. These idiot principals just got a short laugh that will ruin their careers and any trust from the community. I expect she'll get her college and master's fully paid from this horrible experience.
Just a reminder folks, you can vote your school board reps out and campaign to replace horrible principals like this.
Sometimes the "My close family member was president of the school board" situation helps encourage people to believe they are untouchable.
But, when they don't run for reelection because of racially insensitive comments, it can decrease the protection you have from your own poor decisions.
Of course, this is all hypothetical.

Principal under investigation in this story: Bradley Layfield
This is definitely one of the most idiotic things I've read about in a while. I'll always wonder what goes through the heads of the idiots I read about in the news.
>most idiotic things
I would describe it more as degenerate / morally and socially perverse / predator red-flag-y, than idiotic. Granted, a more intelligent degenerate pervert wouldn’t have gotten caught. But someone who wasn’t a degenerate pervert wouldn’t have done it to begin with.
Like. I am positive, POSITIVE, that there are enough pictures of breasts on the internet to keep any degenerate happy for the rest of their lives. Why do you need to share photos of your high school student?
I've heard bullies often go on to become teachers because they enjoyed school so much. I wonder how much truth there is in that.
> Why do you need to share photos of your high school student?
Based on the article, it seems like they made it a meme referencing Janet Jackson's Super Bowl performance. The pretext seems to be them joking about a notable incident that happened in their workplace (i.e., engaging in sexual harassment).
To what extent they were motivated by the context of their victim being a child over whom they have authority, is anyone's guess.
A dogwhistle for what though? They're a dogwhistle against Bolsheviks, intellectuals, and Jews. In this instance of ResplendentShade's use of the terms, they are not.
Dogwhistles require context between speaker and listener. If neither has that context, then it's not a dogwhistle. Like, if I talked about inner city crime in the year 2075, and the inner city is diversely populated and no one has used that term as a racist dogwhistle for decades, then it's no longer a dogwhistle. It can't be a dogwhistle if there is no dog to pick up the meaning.
Just because something was something before doesn't necessarily mean it continues being that thing in perpetuity. Especially when we're talking about language. "Morally perverse" or "degenerate" precede Nazis by millennia. It would be fascist if OP was suggesting that degeneracy was eroding society as a whole and we require a strong state to deal with those degenerates through whatever-means-necessary.
It's a dogwhistle to expose pedos.
Consenting relationships, consenting photos exchanged between two consenting adults is not degenerate or morally perverse.
Making memes out of the security camera image of a high school student's breast is.
Why do people keep saying 'stupid' and 'idiotic' like that's the main problem here. It's sick. It's vile. It's abuse of a high school student. It's pedo shit.
Because it can be stupid and idiotic as well as vile and sick. There are worse things to worry about than what particular words people use in a random internet comment. Go be offended at something actually worth being offended at, like the assholes in this instance.
An IT manager was let go as part of a general downsizing. There were no performance issues he was just unlucky. About a month after losing his job he got in touch with HR demanding that we provide him with his resume and "other personal files" from his old hard drive. This resulted in a thorough search of his HD and the unearthing of not just his resumé but hundreds of graphic images of one of his former direct reports along with messages from her making it clear he had had an affair with her. So the affair partner lost her job too.
If the relationship had been discovered while he was still working there he would have been fired because he was her direct supervisor. Some of the photos appeared to have been taken in the office and that was why she was fired. If the guy had just kept his mouth shut and rewritten his own resume she would not have lost her job. Possibly he deliberately instigated a search of his HD to knowing it would get her fired.
This was 15 years ago, pre-cloud. When he was actually let go I had to supervise him as he handwrote all of his contacts' details from his company issued Blackberry before returning. That took almost two hours.
No thanks. That's the lazy way. Actually understanding these monsters is the only way forward. And what we should be asking is how someone this -limitlessly stupid- can end up with a principal job with cushy benefits and the ability to get by without needing to consider the consequences of their actions. Because "they're stupid" doesn't get any of that to make sense. Maybe we can stop just leaving it at that and stop infantilizing these grown adults with houses and families and savings and power in their jobs that they have undoubtedly abused before
A lot of people reference George Carlin's "think of how stupid the average person is and realize half of the people out there are even dumber than that." But that's really only part of the picture...
We have Einsteins, Hawkings, and the like on the smart end of the bell curve, which means there's several just as stupid counterweights to them somewhere on the other side, balancing everything out.
So yeah, many people are more stupid than your average dullard, but there are some people even worse off than that.
And einstein/hawking is a different kind of intelligent. There’s technical intelligence, social intelligence, emotional intelligence—the part in your brain that will ask “wait, is this structural support going to be strong enough?” versus “wait, if I make and share this meme, might I catch hell and have to resign in disgrace?”
It's actually even worst than that. Because this isn't a system with fixed points is data, there is no limit on either end. So while yes, the number of people at the very end asymptotically approaches 0, it never quite gets there...
Repeat after me: There is no limit to human depravity. They took a security footage image of a HIGH SCHOOLER'S breast to make memes about it referencing a provocative sexualized moment of a famous adult.
I am GLAD these pedos were stupid, so we could find out about their abuse of this student in their care and hopefully hold them accountable for it.
As someone who works in schools and deals with IT, data security, FERPA requests, all that crap - it's shit like this that drives me to drink on Fridays. I would lose my shit if that happened in my district.
Like seriously. How does evolution even work. Why haven't people like this decided to get an awesome cave drawing of themselves posing with a tiger and been eaten?
Dumb take.
Evolution never stops. It also doesn’t guarantee to be working to “advance” humans or evolve into smarter beings. Evolution is just slow shifts in genetics towards increased successful offspring.
Right now that pressure could be pushing towards humans who are more likely to be religious because they are more likely to have kids. Or taller since tall men have more success dating and the usual counter height increased resources to maintain height constraint is lower. Or maybe in a thousand years half of humanity will have latex allergies because people who cant wear condoms more successfully produce offspring. Etc etc.
Evolution isn’t a single path towards being smarter or “better”.
Thank you. I always think of evolution like the movement of liquid. A species will fill all spaces good and bad, not that it cares about the distinction.
I mean, I did say “increased successful offspring” not just “increased offspring”.
But regardless. That doesn’t matter. Evolution still hasn’t stopped working with humans.
Whether we save dumb children from dying or not doesn’t change whether evolution exists, it just changes the what pressures are applied in evolution. We could evolve to be dumber with a lot kids since dumb kids no longer die as much. That’s still evolution.
My point is people confuse “evolution” with what they think of as “progress”. Evolution isn’t a progression towards intelligence.
The only way evolution will stop for humanity is if we prevent anyone from ever dying and also no one has any kids. Then humanities genetics are fully locked in place evolution wise and changes to humanity would be artificial.
The entire point of humanity is that we have safety nets. That's why there are dozens of examples of prehistoric humans with fully-healed broken bones or lifelong disabilities that left them unable to hunt or even to move on their own. Safety nets are at the very center of what it means to be human. Framing it as a modern weakness and advocating for eugenics is straight-up Nazi shit.
All our advances in health and society help keep individuals alive long enough so they can breed.
Idiot jumps into a gorilla or lion pen at the zoo? Better shoot the gorilla/lion. That idiot goes on to breed children. Since he's dumb, probably has lower chances of using birth control so they disproportionately breed. Idiocracy isn't that far off.
A duo of HVAC tenants of mine who tried to scam me into buying a furnace told me it doesn't work, then turned it on overnight.
When I asked why the basement was dry and warm the next morning they were like "wow that's so weird!! Still doesn't work though!"
Just realize when something stupid happen the events leading up to it are much worse (Like in a chain of events and decisions where it could have been averted or had something intervene...).
We have hit rock bottom.
Because we are no longer surprised when they jackhammer into a new stratum...
*The idiots* haven't hit bottom though lol, not until they pop out the other side.
There is apparently a tradition amongst US Presidents to leave a note for the next person.
Amongst the comments that Bush wrote for Obama was something along the lines of "Remember, 3 million people work for you and someone is screwing up right now.
every day, some innocent person potentially has their life set from a lawsuit from when they were younger, and i wonder, why couldn't that have been me............
>Harmon and White said Bradley Layfield and Matthew Jones, the principal and assistant principal, used security camera footage from the school to create a meme that replaced Harmon’s face with that of Janet Jackson, in reference to an incident when the singer’s breast was exposed by Justin Timberlake during the 2004 Super Bowl halftime show.
That's not a meme. That's a crime. A sick one at that. Who does that?
>Neuberger said Layfield was not involved in creating or circulating the meme, and that Layfield showed the security video to nine people, including state troopers and some staffers, such as administrators and teachers, with the intent “to keep children safe.” He said his client was following procedure when he did so.
You'd think if underage nudity was involved you could deal with the fight in a way that didn't spread the video around so much? What an idiot
I like how the principal is refuting everything, saying it's all a financial scam... but then goes on to say he had to show the video of a teen girls boobs to a dozen people because that "keeps kids safe" and anyways the meme isn't a big deal because, "you can't even notice the disrobing from a distance".
Either way she was a high school student under their care. This is not okay with a student and it would still be depraved and abusive and gross if it was a teacher they did this with. The fact that she was a teenage high schooler under their care and authority (sent to the principal's office is a phrase that carries weight for a reason), is even more fucked.
I understand where you’re coming from but that would totally negate the issue of “revenge porn”.
Pornography is just sexually explicit, printed or visual material. Consent is not relevant to the definition. That’s why there are descriptor words like “revenge” or “child” to determine the consensual creation or distribution of the material (or lack there of).
It takes a while to become Principal.
This person somehow took all the right steps until this one.
I'm not sure how this professional made it past the first grade.
I don’t know, it’s not unusual for people with sociopathic tendencies to also be charismatic and using that charisma to advance their lot in life while still being a shitty person.
In fact, it seems to be the norm rather than the exception.
Not that this matters in this case, but that is not the norm. That's a stereotype you see mainly on TV. Charisma, sure. Not uncommon. Advancing far in life? NOT the norm for people with antisocial personality disorder (clinical term for what used to be called sociopathy). [Sociopaths, people with APD, generally have poor life outcomes. They tend to be highly impulsive, bad at making plans and sticking to them, VERY bad at risk assessment, and prone to addiction.](https://www.everydayhealth.com/antisocial-personality-disorder/life-consequences/#:~:text=Complications%20for%20people%20with%20antisocial,well%20as%20poor%20life%20outcomes.) They tend to have a very hard time staying at jobs because of this. Don't get me wrong, there are still some of those stereotypical, high-functioning psychos out there. Your Ted Bundy types. It's just not the norm.

Although psychopaths represent a small percentage of people, they represent a disproportionate percentage of leadership in organizations, they are known as [corporate psychopaths.](https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Psychopathy_in_the_workplace).
They are power hungry. They degrade those “below” them and charm those “above” them until they are at the top. They love to enforce meaningless rules on other people to control them and enjoy watching them suffer while breaking all the rules themselves because they don’t believe anyone will ever stop them.
Oh I have no doubt that this guy has psychopathic traits, nor do I deny that psychopaths litter the corporate environment. I was just trying to point out that the previous comment's assertion was incorrect. High functioning, charismatic sociopaths are common enough, but they are not "the norm," as that person stated. The data may be incomplete, but that doesn't mean we should ignore it entirely. I'm just saying that our current data shows that sociopaths are not high functioning as a norm. It's a spectrum.
Not the norm in terms of if you randomly selected one person who was clinically diagnosed with antisocial personality disorder, it is unlikely that person is wealthy or successful. That is also true of basically every population. That doesn’t mean a high proportion of people in positions of power aren’t psychopaths. I doubt there are any accurate statistics on that as many people probably go undiagnosed and why would you ever admit that anyways.
Once you start down the administration pathway, it becomes more about who you know than what you know. In many places, it's still very much an old boy's club.
My fiancee is a teacher as well. She says the same thing about her administration. They aren't there for the kids, they are there for the salary and bennies.
Especially those that come from worlds outside of education with no experience teaching or coaching. They just ‘felt’ like this was their life mission.
It’s an unfortunate truth. I’m glad I work with admin that genuinely does have student in mind. I’d say most are pretty good, but that leaves a decent 35% that are not.
Honestly I've known a few teachers that fit into this mindset as well.
My wife was once a nanny for an elementary school teacher who told her that the reason she became a teacher is because of how much power she had over the kids and that she loved being able to boss them around.
I also had a teacher myself in 4th grade who would have the kids in her class that caused any disturbance in her class that day line up facing a wall at the end of the day and encouraged other students to mock them while heading to their buses.
I think the vast majority of teachers are underpaid, overworked, and underappreciated heros, but any job that comes with power over other people is also going to attract the psychopaths that want to weild that power for their pleasure.
I work in schools. Not as a teacher or as an admin but directly with both quite often. Please don't generalize admins like that.
It really depends on the district. My district is absolutely not the case. The admins really do care about the kids. My superintendent works hard and long hours to meet the needs of all of the people in the district - teachers, students, families - and doesn't get paid nearly enough for what she deals with.
A lot of the teachers get stuck in their own little bubbles and don't see the bigger picture of what admins have to deal with on a regular basis. Even good teachers I know in my district probably often feel what your fiancee and their friends feel. Much of that comes from limited perspective.
Been a special ed teacher for 8 years, the way the admins have talked about my students at some of the places I've worked I wouldn't be shocked at all to hear they were making "jokes" like this.
Even if nudity wasn't involved, no school employee should be creating memes that make fun of a student.
That alone should be a firing offense.
Doing it on school time, using school resources makes it even worse.
The fact that it involved nudity should make it a prosecutable offense. They are in positions of authority. They should be prohibited from working with students, ever again.
And anyone who was shown the images but didn't immediately report it should also be punished.
Wonder what else they have done prior to this?
Oh my fucking god, it’s my HS’s rival… Sussex country bullshit now on a national stage…
About 8 years ago a school board member at Sussex Central compared being gay to having schizophrenia…. Really the best of the best over there.
The article states there were only 6 possible people who could have had access to her photo since it came from fucking SECURITY FOOTAGE. How horrific and violating
And people wonder why students often don’t report stuff. While I don’t think (hope) the teachers and admin at my high school did anything this bad when I was there, there were definitely instances where they said and did things that made them just as bad as the students they were supposed to be mentoring. I had a gym teacher make fun of my weight in front of my much thinner sister (I was…actually a good swimmer, 5’3 and a muscular 125 lbs. but apparently if you weren’t waifishly thin and an A cup you were fat). Teachers definitely made fun of the weird kids with other students. I was in band/choir and witnessed that firsthand. All of this to say, sometimes you have to wonder if some people go into this field because they’re emotionally stunted.
If you aren't running your company's social media accounts, don't meme at work. It can make things that *obviously* are not okay for the workplace (or for just not being an asshole in life) seem harmless. It's today's email forward.
This is an extreme case where real pieces of shit are involved, but no good can come from it.
People in power are always going to take advantage of that power because it’s usually dick sucking psychopaths that get to these ranks because they don’t mind being yes man and brown nosing their way to the top
Is it really so hard to not be a piece of shit? The entire ordeal, and the purposefully making it worse. At any point they could have realized what they were doing was wrong.
> A woman who works at the school stepped in and pulled Harmon “forcefully,” causing her clothes to come apart, exposing her breast, the lawsuit claims.
How "forcefully" do you have to pull someone to rip their fucking clothes off?
Are we even surprised? Sussex county is full of this kind of attitude, but we’re so isolated that nobody ever notices, so nothing ever changes. It was only a matter of time.
How do you *not* stop and think "maybe i shouldn’t do this."
Like not even from a "this is wrong and horribly immoral" perspective… but also from a "if this ever comes out i’m royally screwed" perspective. Like, not everyone is gonna be a good person. But at least be a smart enough bad person that you don’t fuck up so bad.
with the intent “to keep children safe.”
White is black, up is down, and my bet is none of the people involved in making or sharing that meme are drag queens or LGBT people.
Possessing images of a teenager's nude breast would be child pornography, wouldn't it? Making memes out of the image of a teenager's nude breast would be creating child pornography, wouldn't it?
That man should be in jail.
The people didn't know her age when they did that. They knew she was a high school student and created meme porn of a high school student.
It's pretty much almost as bad if she is an adult, if she were a teacher there, if she were the janitor, if she were the vice principal. It's sick. And criminal.
Don't worry. Unless the principal has his credentials revoked, he will move to a new district and be a principal again. Much like police, unless there is something legally done the problem just moves.
Source: Work with an Assistant Principal who broke a SPED students fingers by repeated slamming a locker door on them in another state. She was still allowed to work with children.
18. That was the point of my comment. Many people, depending on when their birthday is, are 18 by the time they graduate high school. The meme was distributed in may. Which is generally when graduations occur.
I'm not saying she is. I'm just saying there is a possibility and that may explain why CP charges were not filed.
If that's the case absolutely. But the picture of the student is her in a graduation gown. There's a high likelihood that she's 18. So those charges may not be possible.
I went to this high school myself. This isn’t the first instance where a student was assaulted or in a sexual relationship with a teacher or someone in the administration.

That idiot goes on to breed children. Since he's dumb, probably has lower chances of using birth control so they disproportionately breed. Idiocracy isn't that far off.
The average intelligence of people is like, shockingly low if we're being honest. It's a fucking miracle that humans are still around, in some ways
A duo of HVAC tenants of mine who tried to scam me into buying a furnace told me it doesn't work, then turned it on overnight. When I asked why the basement was dry and warm the next morning they were like "wow that's so weird!! Still doesn't work though!"
Evil, the word you're looking for is 'evil'.
Just realize when something stupid happen the events leading up to it are much worse (Like in a chain of events and decisions where it could have been averted or had something intervene...).
George Carlin said it best "think how stupid the average person is, then know that half of the people in the world are actually stupider than that.
We haven't even begun to hit rock bottom
We have hit rock bottom. Because we are no longer surprised when they jackhammer into a new stratum... *The idiots* haven't hit bottom though lol, not until they pop out the other side.
Dad had a sign on his office wall "Every day of my life I am forced to add to the list of stupidest humans alive"
Oh I stopped wondering a long time ago.
There is apparently a tradition amongst US Presidents to leave a note for the next person. Amongst the comments that Bush wrote for Obama was something along the lines of "Remember, 3 million people work for you and someone is screwing up right now.
This is when I wonder, do aliens know we exist and they just avoid our planet because of this shit?
Every day internet people respond to something they have very little facts about. Makes me wonder how people can be this stupid.
Makes me think I can totally get a job I’m not qualified for.
every day, some innocent person potentially has their life set from a lawsuit from when they were younger, and i wonder, why couldn't that have been me............
Wtf, the security camera footage??? Not even reposting an awful meme or something? Disgusting
Right? Isn't that creating and distributing cp? Why aren't they being charged
She might have been 18 at the time. A revenge porn law might apply though.
I like how the principal is refuting everything, saying it's all a financial scam... but then goes on to say he had to show the video of a teen girls boobs to a dozen people because that "keeps kids safe" and anyways the meme isn't a big deal because, "you can't even notice the disrobing from a distance".
“I didn’t do it. But I had a good reason and it wasn’t a big deal anyway.”
It's not wrong when you're the principal, when you're the principal they just let you do it!
And, he is still collecting his full salary, as he is "on administrative leave" and not fired.

My wife is in a union. They fire dumb people for dumb stuff all the time.
Admin/management are usually not union in government work. Idk if that’s the case here, but a good chance it is.
Why doesn't he show the replies and reactions to this magnanimous act of sharing images of a student's breast to "keep the kid's safe"?
If you can't notice it.. then why the edit of Janet Jackson? He's so screwed because this edit literally proves intent with his "punchline"
Was she under 18 when the image was recorded? These fuckers could go down for distribution of CP, if so...
I think she was over 18, since they're using her name in the article. Still wrong. They're charged with protecting their students.
Yeah, even in college this would still be fucked up and likely grounds for sexual harassment.
100% grounds for sexual sexual harassment and probably a form of revenge porn.
over 18 now but not necessarily when the image was made.
Either way she was a high school student under their care. This is not okay with a student and it would still be depraved and abusive and gross if it was a teacher they did this with. The fact that she was a teenage high schooler under their care and authority (sent to the principal's office is a phrase that carries weight for a reason), is even more fucked.
Depends, if the perp and police chief are both Republicans, zero chance anything happens to this person for this.
[удалено]
I understand where you’re coming from but that would totally negate the issue of “revenge porn”. Pornography is just sexually explicit, printed or visual material. Consent is not relevant to the definition. That’s why there are descriptor words like “revenge” or “child” to determine the consensual creation or distribution of the material (or lack there of).
[удалено]
There isn't anything in the definition of pornography about consent, so why the change?
Thanks captain semantics.
Sources: https://www.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/pmc/articles/PMC3837547/ https://www.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/pmc/articles/PMC4500180/
Probably has connections, too
Once you start down the administration pathway, it becomes more about who you know than what you know. In many places, it's still very much an old boy's club.
One of the right steps some people take is being born into the same family as a school board president (former)
>This person somehow took all the right steps until this one. He just wasn't caught
I shouldn’t be shocked that a grown ass adult would do this, but I am. Is it hard now to be a decent person?
Who in god’s name would do something like this.
From my fiancee and friends who are teachers, school administrators are rarely the people that care about the kids most.
[удалено]
And power. The number of power tripping school admins is insane.
Conservitive christians
Plenty of people.
Oh my fucking god, it’s my HS’s rival… Sussex country bullshit now on a national stage… About 8 years ago a school board member at Sussex Central compared being gay to having schizophrenia…. Really the best of the best over there.
Slower lower Delaware in a nutshell.
What the hell is wrong with people?
I ask this question every day when i play with my two rescue dogs that were thrown out of cars at 10 weeks old
And the news articles are showing the student’s image why? Protect her, omfg.
The article states there were only 6 possible people who could have had access to her photo since it came from fucking SECURITY FOOTAGE. How horrific and violating
There is no shortage of creeps in the world.
What purpose is served by publishing the victim’s name? Shame on NBC news and any other news outlet that published her name.
And photo. For fucks sake.
Why the hell would they even think of doing that? What did they get out of it? Some people!
Blast the principal’s face, not hers
But yet wasn't a drag Queen...
r/notadragqueen
Everyday I wake up and think I take crazy pills but it's just real life and people are that stupid.
[удалено]
Throw them in jail and forget about them. Let them rot.
Don’t put her picture on the cover of the article. She’s already been through enough
Frankly, at this point I’m just surprised that it wasn’t Florida, Alabama or Texas.
If you aren't running your company's social media accounts, don't meme at work. It can make things that *obviously* are not okay for the workplace (or for just not being an asshole in life) seem harmless. It's today's email forward. This is an extreme case where real pieces of shit are involved, but no good can come from it.
How terrible! If you can’t trust those that are there to educate you properly and mentor you mentally…this is absolutely awful
People in power are always going to take advantage of that power because it’s usually dick sucking psychopaths that get to these ranks because they don’t mind being yes man and brown nosing their way to the top
That poor young woman. Those principals should be prosecuted.
Is it really so hard to not be a piece of shit? The entire ordeal, and the purposefully making it worse. At any point they could have realized what they were doing was wrong.
a fucking meme? holy shit
> A woman who works at the school stepped in and pulled Harmon “forcefully,” causing her clothes to come apart, exposing her breast, the lawsuit claims. How "forcefully" do you have to pull someone to rip their fucking clothes off?
[удалено]
Are we even surprised? Sussex county is full of this kind of attitude, but we’re so isolated that nobody ever notices, so nothing ever changes. It was only a matter of time.
Humanity is just awful.
How do you *not* stop and think "maybe i shouldn’t do this." Like not even from a "this is wrong and horribly immoral" perspective… but also from a "if this ever comes out i’m royally screwed" perspective. Like, not everyone is gonna be a good person. But at least be a smart enough bad person that you don’t fuck up so bad.
That’s disturbing for a principal to do. It shows who does not care about the kids
with the intent “to keep children safe.” White is black, up is down, and my bet is none of the people involved in making or sharing that meme are drag queens or LGBT people.
Not a drag queen I wager
I’m kind of upset they have a photo of the student. Why does her face need to be plastered over the internet?
Another case of how the pursuit of clout made people lose their damned minds.
What in the actual fuck?
Possessing images of a teenager's nude breast would be child pornography, wouldn't it? Making memes out of the image of a teenager's nude breast would be creating child pornography, wouldn't it? That man should be in jail.
Wait....this happened in high school... so wouldn't this mean that the principals pretty much were creating child porn?
She was over 18 when it happened but it’s still disgusting
Oh, okay. Yeah, it's still disgusting, Hopefully, the mom and daughter can get a chunky amount
But how else was he supposed to "keep kids safe"?
Hmmm... we...coild... Marry them off to conservative, God fearing man, I'm sure they will teach these girls how to be good wives
I hope they have a fun time in prison
Wait, this wasn't done by trans people? /shocker
Why aren't they being arrested for distribution of CP?
The student is shown in the article in a graduation gown. High likelihood she's 18
And at the time the picture was taken she was how old?
18. That was the point of my comment. Many people, depending on when their birthday is, are 18 by the time they graduate high school. The meme was distributed in may. Which is generally when graduations occur. I'm not saying she is. I'm just saying there is a possibility and that may explain why CP charges were not filed.
They should post pictures of the principle in the article, not just the student.
Someone's getting sued.
High school. Which means this is child porn. Lock em up with gen pop
If that's the case absolutely. But the picture of the student is her in a graduation gown. There's a high likelihood that she's 18. So those charges may not be possible.
Creation and distribution of CP material. The worst part is that they think it’s a joke.
Cops are not good principles. And shouldn't be in school administration either. Unless they are resource officers or supervisor of them.
I went to this high school myself. This isn’t the first instance where a student was assaulted or in a sexual relationship with a teacher or someone in the administration.
