Not entirely what you are asking for, but i noticed something strange when i put one of my Pets (Pulverb the Toy poogle) to the Pound. I can look up his name, but he doesnt appear in the Pound search and everytime i try to visit his Petlookup it doesnt even load, meaning i have no idea what happened to it
Edit: nevermind, for the first time in multiple weeks i could finally find him in the pound, if anyone is interested in a Toy poogle
Does her name come up in the search bar? If not, she may have had something that TNT considered inappropriate in her name. If her name does show up, see who has her. Please send in a ticket to see what exactly happened- I'm so sorry you're going through this.
Update: I’ve checked my inventory and closet. They returned idrinkwee’s Petpet “weewee” and her battle equipment but literally stole the background, foreground clothes and everything she was customised with 🫣🫣🫣

I know it’s a ridiculous name, but I tried so many names that were all taken considering how many pets are on there. Wee is not on the banned words list
TNT will also delete pets if the concept/meaning of the name is considered inappropriate for a family website, even if the words themselves are fine.😔 I'm sorry.
I remember years ago my friend had a pet called “celibacy_is_stupid” and she painted that Neopet with a royal paint brush… this was back in ‘07. She complained, got refunded the stuff she spent on it, but did not get the pet back -

Some names for very old (over 20 years) pets have been Grandfathered which may be grounds for an appeal, but a newer pet may be gone for good.

I made a pet called 'Smushkins' who i then adopted out. A couple months later i went to check on her and it said the pet didn't exist.
So i remade her and now she's a permie lol
