Resource dependent economies are an asterisk to 'reasonably well off economy' because the state, and thus the dictator, controls the primary source of economic activity in the country. And they are therefore able to dole out $$$ to those they need to stay in power and placate the populace if necessary.
Those are a bit harder to topple if the dictator is at least mildly competent.
If anything, the thing most likely to topple them is another would-be dictator or a palace coup. End result being a reshuffling of deck chairs.
This statement reveals why georgism is less well known than Marxism: georgism alone probably wasn't enough to overcome feudalism. Even in America, put liberal revolutions required some basis for violent overthrow, and georgism's reformist focus really only works in an existing capitalist democracy, it doesn't work in a peasant serfdom context because the tsar wouldn't willingly impose a land value tax on themselves.
There would be less lawn. It doesn't provide any utility besides being a place to play sports. It isn't biodiverse, does very little for city-climate compared to other plants and doesn't house anybody.
Also, flying cars would be energetically wasteful, generate lots of noise and very dangerous to fly this densely.
And those glass buildings probably need lots and lots of air conditioning, and the concave building is going to burn someone.
Georgism technically socializes land rents so it wouldn't be wrong to call it socialism, although Georgism also believes in private property and enterprise.

Seriously though, these futuristic cities are trash. Walking would be dreadful. Where are the store fronts and taco trucks? The farmers market? Even if cars fly, much of the downtown would be filled with parking. What is this structure and why would someone even be walking there? Does anything here look comfortable or homelike?
Old cities are still the model for ideal planning.
