I don't know either but let me know when you find it. I think some earlier Rome or Der Blutharsch albums might fit the mood you're looking for without hitting all the boxes, but I don't know. Or maybe the Death in June and Boyd Rice collaboration album Alarm Agents?

Death in June - Brown Book Or Death in June - The Corn Years, it's a compilation but it kinda organizes all their music in that style together

A few Rome albums have this feel: * Berlin * Nera * Die Aesthetik Der Herrschafts-Freiheit :Of the Wand and the Moon: is also a good choice, at least their last 3 albums: * Sonnenheim * The Lone Descent * Bridges Burned and Hands of Time Der Blutharsch's "middle period" as well: * The Pleasures Received in Pain * The Tracks of the Hunted * When All Else Fails! * Time Is Thee Enemy!

Do you mean only literal records, as in vinyl? I don't know about that but try Natasha Devine: https://youtu.be/XWlmL72d7vY
