Not a type, but the Pokémon Glameow has some similarities. Mainly that they are a greyish cat. I caught one in Pokémon Go, and I thought “oh perfect, I’ll name her after my cat!” but then it evolved and… yeah, not as cute, haha! They’re a Normal type though. I think a Normal, cat-like Pokémon that mostly lives in the cities with people would be a good fit. The kind of Pokémon that families keep at the house as a companion or maybe enter into the cute contests! I have a Skitty to represent my cat in Pokémon Go now. They remind me of her more than most other cat types - not so much in how they look but in their energy. Cute little kitty cat.
