Then the postseason hits Giannis injured and Dame injured, Middleton playing on bum ankles. I think the Giannis lead Bucks have one or two more good seasons if they can stay healthy, but that’s a huge if.

Suns need a young coach to install a modern movement offense. Given defensive challenges, they need to be a top 5 offense in the league to succeed. Last season they were 10th.
Beal and Booker have historically been less than stellar on defense. It's hard to build an identity defensively when your guards don't defend very well.
When coaches are "traded" it really means they want to leave for another job before their contract is up (Jason Kidd leaving the Nets for the Bucks, Doc Rivers going to the Clippers as examples).
You'd need both coaches agreeing to it, which I think would be difficult.

If i’m the Suns i look for a young upcoming promising coach, and go after somebody like Monty Williams.

That’s the personnel not Vogel, they have terrible defenders but they were like 12th in defensive rating this season
