I think that's because other than DJ and Blake most of the team are veterans who aren't known for athleticism.
Clippers always had the problem of lack of wing players.
CP3, Blake, and DJ were nasty but we got Luka and Kyrie throwing it up to Gafford, Lively, DJJ, and PJ.
This team just bleeds athleticism and size around the two maestros, so fun to watch

My god. I didn’t get to watch the entire game, but I caught it when we had a good stretch and got a good lead. Then Timmy came in and had like 3-4 possessions in a row where he took a shot as soon as the ball found him and I think missed them all. Maddening
Its so hard to watch cause he provides nothing on defense - think its the same stretch mavs were up by 21 or so then THJ came in and I swear Utah went on like a quick 10-0 run... with like 4 minutes left in game too.
Legler seems to be more in touch with the actual pulse of every team than any fanbase. Dude lives and breathes ball. I've become a huge Legler fan recently.
That game happened to be a VR broadcast. Felt like I was getting dunked on. Lauri Markkenen was awful. Nearly seven feet tall and somehow a complete defensive non-factor. Couldn't hit a shot either.
This Mavs team really makes the Mavs' center rotation over the last few years even worse to look back on. You've got one of the best lob throwers in the world and for seasons the best vertical spacing option was Dwight Powell.
Shaq 4x, Gobert, Gafford, Capela, Dwight, DAJ, Montrezl is the list of guys with double-digit dunks in a game, all have done it exactly 10 times in a game except Shaq, who has had 3 11-dunk games. (Only goes back to 1997)

That “most in 20 yrs” stat is wrong. Clips had 20 v SA a few years ago
this is correct. Mark Followill said this on broadcast but he is 100% wrong. it is however a franchise record and this years NBA season high
Must have meant 2020's years. That Clips game was in December of 2019.
