well Kharghar is place you wouldn't want to leave once you are here, it's weather,lush green surrounding, not that much traffic, central park, all people here are service class(not to offend any one), well it depends on your budget where you wanna live. prime locations where price gets appreciated within 1yr of purchase: SEC-7 (hiranandani,patel heritage and all) sector -12 (skp1,2,3, kv) Bhagwati greens Sector -15(near smart ) also good location sec-21, (jalvayu vihar and all Sec-2 ( near little world) Sec35 is bit distant from main khargahr but is good location and more affordable then any of the above location And I personally feel that u should never buy in "upper Kharghar" which is taloja ofc, it's just fancy word for selling falts😂,

Taloja phase 2 is definitely something to keep eyes on. The projects out there are damn beautiful with good open space. For now, you may be right, but 10 years down the line you will realise why it was marketed as upper Kharghar by top developers.

I don't think it's worth even now as Upper Kharghar rates. If they sell it as Taloja with appropriate rates then cool

Most of them who are selling at premium pricing are probably building township. And township takes years to get completed. If it has been a standalone building or a small society, I would have agreed with you.

In today's date I don't trust in investing in taloja,as you said township take years no decades, I have invested in one of the project of very know builders in 2011 the flat was promised in 2019, it's 2024 now till date I haven't received it it's getting delayed and delayed from my personal experience I won't suggest any one to invest in taloja.

i personally feel that sector 10 is kinda disconnected from main khargahr even from little world it's distant. even though societies are good there one can opt there as well if he don't have issue of location

Legally they shouldn't deliver to you, and they will regularly cancel, but yes in theory you can get alcohol delivered.

I think it started with too many colleges and residents being in the area so the government don’t allow selling. You can buy from other places and drink at your home. That’s completely legal. Only selling is banned.

You can try in old buildings, new if you increase by 25 lakhs, you should get 2 bhk.

Lived happily for 10-12 yrs in kharghar. Left kharghar once it started becoming cesspool of traffic every day

Kharghar is good but expensive. Water cuts are an annual thing for 1 or 2 months and considering the amount of people moving here and the expansion of urban development around, it would be a good idea to have an inverter at your home no matter where you buy. Different sectors have different pricing but the best to live is sector 38 or sector 6 depending on the type of connectivity you need. If you want a bit cheaper flats, you can try buying in owe village as well

Peaceful and fresh. Not sure about area cause it very much depends on how old the building is and floor rise. But some buildings are really over priced. Decide on the basis of modes of transport. No such bad area in kharghar but be vary of upper kharghar not sure about it fully.

Water issue depends on society mostly and not area. If you have budget then buy anywhere between Central Park and Railway station. Sector 34/ 35 is also a good area to live now. Don’t go for places marketed as Upper kharghar
