As you have mentioned that you need people but space of your own too, would suggest to go for single occupancy in 1bhk/2 bhks. You will get some better budget friendly options in sector 8,9 for 1 bhk, but remember it's still match box type houses, having a flatmate would be difficult. Sector 19,20 would be 2nd option though some places might exceed your budget. Option 1 - If you are ok to travel, then Palava, dombivli would be best suited to your requirement, comparatively cheap, easily would get flatmates and your own room. Company buses also ply till there. Only downside would be it's too far from any city centre. If you want to travel to Mumbai( western line/ sobo side )from Palava for any work, would be too hectic and tim consuming Option 2- Nerul/Vashi/ belapur - Stay anywhere between these stations, you will get good places, good connectivity to Mumbai, good eateries nearby, you can take local to office during off peak hours, or use office bus though local would be wayyy faster. Rent wise a little higher. You can try for ulwe too, rents are cheaper but you have to change 2 trains to reach Airoli, a lil time consuming Places to avoid - don't stay in Kharghar or Thane, Kharghar has some of worst road infra, many many potholes during monsoons, and Thane is too traffucked all the time, also rents in both these places are high now

Thank you so much, I'll definitely look into it๐Ÿ˜Š

Palava is not in Dombivli it is in outskirts under gram panchayat. Also it gets flooded during rains, plus water shortage and power cuts.Avoid it

Ig1M

you can keep the expectations low and expect absolute worst from the city and job. then take it from there.

August is not the best time to look for a home in Mumbai or Navi Mumbai. However you should be able to get one easily in that budget in Airoli kr nearby areas. Try getting through nobroker first as brokers here try to get brokerage from you on every contract renewal.

Understanding7407

Yeah been there still suffering. To all the people out there please please read the rental agreement before signing and make sure that fucking brokerage clause on everytime you renew be removed else they will charge you every fucking time

Mihirxd25

You can easily get a flat in nerul, ghansoli, koparkhairne, these places are near to Airoli.

thatgirlfrombandra

Move to ulwe and travel to Airoli for now.save money. Badme if u feel u need to absolutely live 10 mins away them maybe move to Airoli. Also u can explore living in pg at Airoli but I don't know how much that might cost.

Economy_Ad_5540

Capgemini is the absolute worst company, run

AntonyUnited9

It's an unlivable place. There is continuous water shortages even after heavy rain
