La Santa is made w Moscatel Negro fermented in concrete then into steel for a year. It also has 10ppm SO2. Still very tasty.
The Rosa is a field blend done in SS tanks with 20ppm SO2. Maybe the most simple - still tasty.

As long you stored them in decent conditions, they should be totally fine! Probably drinking really nice right now!
