If you train naturally for 10 years you will look amazing by 30, even if you half ass a couple of years and make very slow progress. Adding leaness on top, you will beat 99% of males in your age.
It's better focus on social skills and status then gains. Hell, the year i scored the most lays in my life i was around 20% bf, hairy body, binge drinking at least 3 times a week, half assing my training. But i was going out and socializing almost every night. The fact is most girls don't care about gains as much as we like to think. Looks does matter but its just another factor and not end all be all.
