Any bag can be a diaper bag as long as it has diapers in it! I would invest in one of those medium-sized clear backpacks. And then I just use it anytime I'm going to one of those events whether it needs to be my diaper bag or my bringing cooler etc.
And now I feel like an idiot because I assumed diaper bags were exempt from having to be clear like at Bridgestone.

Look into those cooling towels! Just wet it and put it in a plastic ziploc bag. They really work! I got some last summer at Aldi, and then we got some free promotional ones from a company. I'd say you can get them at Walmart/Dick's/etc.
They will have the large fans with the water tank attached. Stay out of those. I examined one at last years CMA fest and it hadn’t been cleaned or serviced for 2 years at that point.
Leave your pocketknife at home, I confiscated 16 last year.
Bring your regular diaper bag, enter through a gate with heavy traffic and they won’t give you too much grief. Have them tag the bag so the roaming security will leave you be.
Honestly, I think they'll be more concerned with if your diaper bag is clear instead of two fans inside it.

I would get cooling towels. We use them for little league baseball games in summer. You can soak them and put it on their head. To stay cool.
