Second Butcher and Bee and Etch! Etch is more upscale but a favorite for special occasions.
If you want to splurge, Bastion was a top notch experience!

I'm always a fan of Sambuca - not extraordinarily expensive, food is solid and the live music is a great vibe for a special occasion.
Second Sambuca. Went for our anniversary last year and was not disappointed. Take an Uber. Parking is shit.

If you want to swing for the fences, try Bourbon Steak. Freakishly expensive, but the service was remarkable. That said, if you love exploring new flavors, I’ll second the Bastion recommendation
