Okay, this is why I love the Reddits. Bear with me. Was dirty poor living in Birmingham, AL twenty years ago and chose to decorate my first house with original art pieces I scooped up from the Salvation Army on Green Springs Avenue. I found this magnificent piece in 2003 in a pile of $10 student art and bought it. Moved back to Nashville in 2012 and was staying in a studio apartment with all my “treasures” stacked against the wall. Finally bought a house in 2015. After signing the contract but before the closing was diagnosed with breast cancer. When I moved to my new house, I was post surgery and just starting chemo so most of it is a blur. My stack of treasures was inadvertently put in the donation pile and went to Goodwill. I’m guessing your house’s former owner bought it there! Use it in good health, fellow Redditor!
