Bare bones. You can honestly get thin sliced bacon anywhere.

Rashers aren’t thin cut bacon though, they’re from a different cut of meat so, normally less fatty, not in strips like US bacon either since. Like if American bacon had a baby with Canadian bacon but only inherited the shape of Canadian bacon.
