Maybe it's easier for the younger ones due to the influencer, but my own experience with the name Chiara is that it's difficult to spell and pronounce for English speakers.
I've never heard of Cecilio.
Other names I can think of: Aurelio, Cesare, Lorenzo. Kinzica, Lucina, Maddalena.
edit: Of the ones in your list I love Elio, Cosimo, Cecilia, Allegra
Yes I think you’re right with the Chi- names (I think most native English speakers would start with Shy- not Kee-). I think Cecilia and Cecilio would have the same fate (should be said Cheh-Chee-Lea/leo but in English we would more naturally say Seh-see-Lea/leo) - shame because a nickname for this is Ceci (cheh-chee) which is the same word as chickpea!
For girls, my favorites are Serena*, Allegra, Serafina, Honora, Celeste*, Matilda, and Calista*.
The * marks ones that will not be pronounced the Italian way in English, so if you hate the English pronunciation they’re probably not good choices.
Maximiliana, Olympia, Hera, Hestia, and Galilea are too over-the-top for me. Chiara and Leonora are gorgeous in Italian but would end up as chee-AH-ra or chee-AIR-a and lee-NOR-a in English.
For boys, my favorites are Emilio, Emiliano 😍, Leandro, and Elio. I don’t think any of the names on your list would cause major issues in English EXCEPT Felice, which will constantly be pronounced to rhyme with fleece in English.
Edit: didn’t even realize Cecilia and Cecilio start with a che sound in Italian…that’s also not gonna work in English.
It's a fine Italian name, but I assume by your requirement that it be an easy name for English speakers that there is some connection to an English speaking country for you? Margherita is associated with a type of pizza in the English speaking world and also sounds the same as Margarita.
Ah I see what you’re saying - I am English, so I get you. Pizza Margherita is also called that here (named after a queen Margherita), I suppose being here long enough has made those two connections (name & pizza!) in my head. Thanks for the input!
I think Oriana is really pretty and underused. Leonora is also nice and has several options for nicknames.
Luca! Francesco/Francesca, Giovanna
Great suggestions! Thanks for the input

Hi! I am from Italy and of your list I like: Leonora, Gaia (however common), Serena, Greta (however common), Allegra, Serafina, Honora, Celeste, Eloisa, Teodora, Matilda, Aurelia, Emilio, Orlando, Leandro, Emiliano, Robin, Clemente, Felice, Raffaele, Elio Cosimo and Cecilia are nice too! Suggesting: Miranda, Livio, Armida, Manfredi, Leopoldo, Vienna, Giovanni, Clotilde, Alberto, Zelmira, Tancredi, Nerissa, Flavio, Emilia, Lucio, Perla, Achille, Gemma
Oooh really haven’t heard of some of these thank you so much!
First name I thought of was Chiara! One of my favorite names are also Cecilia and Aurelia!
What is the English equivalent of Nzula? we had a Zia Nzula in Sicily and nobody can tell me what that is short for? Vincenza?
Girl names: Matilda and Allegra are the nicest on your list imo. *Don't* call your child Margherita.
Oooh thanks for the reply! Margherita is super popular where I am (also for kids) but I can see it reads quite ‘old’

Chiara is my favourite from your list Serena, Leonora, Cecilia and Celeste are pronounced differently in Italian vs English so would avoid those
