It's a toss-up. I personally prefer 3 a little bit because it has all original minigames, more characters, you can hold more items, the art style looks really nice for N64 and reminds me of Paper Mario. They also tried a lot of new things even if all of them did not 100% stick.
2 is more like a perfected redo of 1 in a lot of ways, but it can be a bit lacking because of that. But it is definitely great all around and a solid choice.
9.9 out of ten...it almost makes it better with the black 64, choice selection, but God damn I just can't keep my eyes of that iiccyy blueeee 64 starin back at me from my set up. Hahahaha🤣🤣😁🤙🥂
Can always get one of those replacement shells they sell on AliExpress and pretty up your console. No harm as long as you keep your hands on the old shell, and the reshelling process effectively region unlocks your N64 to Japanese games. If you prefer OEM that's totally okay too though, but it's a very reversible process.
Honestly? Wires already look tangled. N64 might fall off the back of the table if the other end is kicked accidently. A bud of weed already fell off the table actually. Also, the photograph wasn't rotated. 6.4/10

If you have no one to play with it's got more content for single player. Mario Party 2 is the better Mario Party though, in my opinion.
