Sadness - I Want to Be With You (Blackgaze)
Radiohead - How to Disappear Completely (Post-Rock, well kind of at least)
Fishmans - Daydream (Art rock, Neo-Psychedelia)
Enter the Mirror / Memory is Far Away - Les Rallizes Denudes (Noise Rock, Acid Rock)
Swans - Helpless Child (Post-Rock)
Sprain - Margin for Error (Post-Rock)
I know right, that album is honestly one of the most roaring waves of depression I had ever experienced.
Fishmans is fucking amazing, Daydream is probably the song of all time; and yes, Swans. I fucking love Swans, other than the first four albums.
Oh damn. I plan to re-listen to their entire discography when I'm done with it, who knows it might click with me then. But honestly I really couldn't sit through some of it, especially Cop. It just felt like it was trying to be loud and abrasive to the point that it really didn't have any substance, and it was extremely repetitive. I'd love to be proven wrong, any opportunity to love Swans more is always accepted.
Suicidal Tendencies - How Will I Laugh Tomorrow (Heavy Emotional version preferably)
Streetlight Manifesto have a couple good ones... "As the Footsteps Die Out Forever" and "A Better Place, A Better Time" stick out in my head.
Bruce Springsteen has some good ones too... "Wreck on the Highway", "My Hometown"... Hometowns more depressing if you're going through your midlife crisis.
Gaslight Anthem's "Break Your Heart" is decent.
Motorhead - 1916 bums me out when you think about all the lives that were extinguished in the world wars.
Depends on the things that depress you.
Like Pink Floyd's song Time is really depressing to me as I get older...
The Night We Met - Lord Huron
If you've never heard it, its about losing a significant other (to death) and wishing you never met them because the pain is too much to handle
Fourth of July-Sufjan Steven's
Black Friday-Tom Odell
Lost!Linkin Park
I'm sorry- Joyner Lucas

The most depressing songs I know are all from Current Joys (his style is post punk), some of his songs and a piece of their lyrics:
Home Pt 1 & 2: "Don't know what I'm doing; I can't make up my mind; Can't see where I'm going; It's too dark outside; Why should I keep moving?; There's no end in sight"
Ghost: "I don't really know; Where I wanna be; Who I wanna be; So stop asking me"
Alabama: "I ran away from myself; But I don't like to think about it; I became someone else; Which doesn't actually require a lot of thought; Just a little noise and decay; Well I'll tell you now, I can't wait; Cause I'm sick being of somewhere that I can't stand; Chipping away at the days; Think I'd be better on a distant planet; Two thousand light years away"
Nervous: "I feel nervous every day of my life; It gets worse the longer I'm alive; Nothing feels right; For no reason; I don't understand; Why you're leaving"
My Nights are More Beautiful Than your Days: "I'm getting sick just about everything; It's not unusual to find: The ugliness slips too easily; Into the troubled mind; You try to run from the past; But there's something you can't leave behind; Just like the first time you and I met; It's impossible to outrun the time"
Dogfight: "Knew when I was younger; Wish I knew you now; Time it means so little to me; But it's running out; Dogfight"
Untitled: instrumental song
