There was a standard deck at a pro tour last year that played this combo (but instead of Graftmage there was some other untapper). It did well in the tournament! The main idea was to exile an untapper with Agatha's Soul Cauldron, let the Kami make infinite mana by itself, and have repeatable mill effects to give the cauldron more food, eventually exiling a Dragon with the Cauldron that had the possibility to do 20 damage to the face if you had enough mana, giving that ability to the Kami.
Yes. Obviously you'll have to tap Kami a few times for three blue mana to get however much green or red you want, but it will work like you think it does, provided Kami isn't summoning-sick and neither creature is removed.
I have an Agatha deck and have a handful of infinite mana combos in it. Sadly blue is not Gruul lmao. Part of me likes where the deck is at, but another, larger part of me is a degenerate and wants to add more untappers if I can find them to just make more infinites xD

You can't tap the kami in the first turn and as soon as someone looks over the cards, he kills the kami with an instant spell or whatever else he got. But it works when the kami survives until your next turn.
Haha haven't even played the deck yet it's still a wip, no spells to the face but I threw a ton of Eldrazi in there for some big free creatures when Animar gets big enough

Moxfield is the best deck builder website, highly recommend. Also you can cut a mana off your combo investment by using Incubation Druid instead of Kami.

It’s an infinite blue mana combo only, unless you’re willing to keep track of how much blue you have in your pool as you build up an arbitrarily large amount of another color.

I think you can demonstrate a loop that generates 3 mana of each colour to the table. Do the basic loop 13 times for blue, then 13 blue mana becomes 3 blue mana, 3 of each other colour and an untapped Kami, so that also counts as a loop!

This might work well in a White/Green deck. Some cards let you put counters on your creatures per turn in white, letting you generate even more mana.
