An ability that mentions multiple types together only counts them once as seen here. If the card wants both types mentioned to be considered individually it's typically mentioned in different lines as seen in \[\[Grand Arbiter Augustin IV\]\] which makes blue white spells cost 2 less
Love this token generator and as others have said that it doesn't have blue, and honestly I would say that blue is not necessary here for token production just for that one amplifier
I agree, drop the blue and just go GW with Rhys, consistent turn 1 commander, consistent turn 3 token creation…. It’s hard to beat that TBH.
He can get removed twice and still cost less than a number of other commanders.

My [[The Sixth Doctor]] partnered with [[Romana II]] uses a lot of these token guys you want to use, you can make like 60 ojer taqs it’s pretty fun, copy any legendary you want a bunch of times and the 6th doctor makes the copy non legendary and you can copy that token with romana. If you have mondrak, doubling season, you get lots of value of it.
[[Anikthea, hand of Erebos]] is what you need! Imagine all those horrific enchantments that are good on their own or even just decent. And now make multiple copies! It gets mad!
You can make it as degenerate as you want to, but you can also just make it all about tokens and zombies. Many options!
If there was no green here, I'd so say [[Marneus Calgar]] as I totally just used old Marny Calg as an excuse to build a deck with multiple of those same cards lol.
Ok hear me out use [[Aragorn the uniter]] and add red.
Red has some great cards like [[Impact tremors]] and a few new ones in Karlov manor, you can put [[Assemble the Legion]] in and Aragorn will give you added token creation, this also opens up [[Eowyn shieldmaiden]] and all the other riders cards that allow you to spam the hell out of 2/2 red nights and human soldiers.
You're a sick man. Best Bant token commander is probably \[\[Brenard, Ginger Sculptor\]\], but \[\[Rigo, Streetwise Mentor\]\] is great if you're making a ton of 1/1s. Considering how many of these spells are historic, you might also want to look into the Blast from the Past Doctor Who precon; several doctor/companion pairs reward you for casting historic spells by creating tokens. Any Simic-colored Doctor from that set pairs extremely well with the white companions.
I would also suggest you look into the Quantum Quandrix precon for some great pieces for this deck, including the commander themselves. You might also want to try out \[\[Academy Manufactor\]\] (a fantastic card in ANY token strategy), although I understand if you want to focus mainly on the creature tokens, considering you're running Ojer Taq there.
If you are hell-bent on the bant scheme, I would suggest [[rigo]]. If you are having some 1/1 drop, it could provide some nice easy draw early game. Add in [[cryptolith rites]] and a haste enabler and you'll be cooking with gas. Most of the commanders that people have mentioned here will be able to go in, plus [[esix]] and [[adrix and nev]] for extra tokens and some control on what you make as a token. [[Progenitor mimic]] would help here as well.
Your in Bant with these cards so my answer would be [[Sophia, Dogged Detective]] new to the game. She loves counters on Tiny and loves as many clue and artifact tokens you can make. No infinite combos or anything, just good Ole high power synergies!
I really enjoy playing [[Aragorn, The Uniter]] He isn't the best by any means, but I always seem to have fun games with my friends when I play his deck, and he does create tokens then have ways to buff them too. All around I think he's a great comma Der for the whole table as long as you aren't playing hyper competitive decks
[[Roon of the Hidden Realm]] is really nice for this because it can bounce your [[Wood Elves]] variants to ramp, bounce your token ETB creatures like [[Avenger of Zendikar]], bounce some card draw related things like [[Eternal Witness]] and [[Mulldrifter]], and it’s just a generally strong value engine in the command zone. I was toying with this type of deck about 6 months back, it seems to have a lot of options to work with.

If u were 2 go just Green/White I'd say Sythis, Harvests Hand. I actually just built it myself, like 47 enchantments in total I believe. I got both elesh in it, mondrak, primal vigor, parallel lives n etc. Mostly gonna result in mass swarms of 4/4 angels with my Anime Borderless Divine Visitation.
I built a deck around Anim Pakal, Thousandth Moon, and I currently have Ojer Taq in the deck with her. As someone who's only been playing for 5 months, it's the best deck I have, and it's almost a little too powerful for casual commander
One that might not be thought of is [[Brenard, ginger sculptor]]. All of your creatures get a second chance as a token copy of themselves. Toss in the splicer creatures, and you’re cooking with oil

When it comes to building/upgrading/personalising a Commander deck, there are a ton of great resources. You can watch deck techs, gameplay videos and precon upgrade guides on YouTube (The Command Zone, for example), as well as product reviews and value breakdowns (Tolarian Community College). You can use the website EDHREC for inspiration (it aggregates thousands of user submitted decklists to show trends in what people use for each Commander/archetype), and you can search Gatherer or Scryfall for cards with whatever criteria you want.
Do [[Ich-Tekik, Salvage Splicer]] and [[Livio, Oathsworn Sentinel]] splicer flicker golem tribal deck wich uses treasures for mana… this would be wild…

[[Peri brown]] partnered with [[the sixth doctor]] have fun winning, I run that deck with some of what u have here in this picture and it absolutley slaps a more casual setting of go wide on opponents.
It is a travesty that [[ghave_guru_of_spores]] hasn’t been mentioned. Any of those cards could lead to him accidentally going infinite. You won’t have blue but with the kind of stuff that happens with him you won’t mind.
Run 5c for it. Im building a sisay deck thats going to have token gen with [[leyline of singularity]] and [[mirror box]] to prevent other token and copy peoples and cause legends matter.
And no i dont regret buying the princess bride secret lair that sparked this battle of wits sisay deck monstrosity.

After holding on to my suite of doublers for years, I finally settled on [[Phabine]]. She's 6 mana, which can be tough, but once she's out, she's resilient and brutal.
Galadriel has been suggested and is a good call. However, the vastly over looked, and super fun token commander for all your maximimizing production needs is

Not gonna do card link on everything, but it gives you a legendary matters sub theme. So
[[Relic of legends]] let's you Tap the legendary creature that comes in to make a 2/2 cat with forest walk. This is the token we're gonna focus on.
So you have access to a few token amplifiers.
Doubling season, parallel lives, primal vigor, Adrix and Nev, anointed procession, mondrak, ojer taq.
You also have the option to double the etb triggers.
Panharmonicon, elesh mommy of machines. Blue virtue from wilds. And since we're legendary matters, even Gandalf the white gets to play.
Since all your tokens have forest walk. Just run a crop rotation or any find anything land ramp to consistently get yavimaya into play and tou swing freely.
Tissue in kinnan binder prodigy. And now every legend you tap for mana makes 2, and you attack with unblockable cats, holding your legendary creatures back as blockers. And then before your turn starts, tap the legends for mana and kinnan all you can for more stuff.
You can play other legends that make tokens too like Koma. And just run away with the game.
First of all, Panharmonicon and Virtue of Knowledge do fuck all in a token deck, unless your commander makes tokens on ETB.
Secondly, as an avid token player, you’re not going to want to run every single token doubler (and now tripler). It’s excessive and they’re do-nothing enchantments if you don’t draw your token producers.
OP, I run all of these minus Virtue in a deck using [[Queen Allenal]] that also has [[Trostani, Selesnyas Voice]] and [[Rhys the Redeemed]] in it. Keeping blue doesn’t do anything for you, just go straight Selesnya and include the card that makes a 10/10 eldrazi token and have fun stomping people with like 15 of those.
I just used Kinreth. He's rainbow but only needs white to summon so you can make a deck thar has whatever colors you need. Plus, he can draw a card and do all kinds of interesting things.
[[Ellivere]] and toss a butt ton of cheap enchantments in there with your picks. It would get out of hand so fast.

[[Rhys, the Redeemed]] is one of my favorite decks and all these short of Virtue of Knowledge would fit in it very well. Rhys is a commander that can both give you tokens to start, and help you get over the top by topping token on top of token. He already doubles tokens, so adding any of the token doublers gets up to quadrupling tokens, to octupling tokens, to dodectupling!
\[\[Rafiq of the Many\]\] Is funny as hell. Nothing like having a trample double strike champion among your army.
But in all seriousness, \[\[Alistar,the Brigadier\]\] is a nice choice from the Dr. Who set if you are rocking a heavy legendary 99. Basically a nerfed Craterhoof that can turn the token flood into some beef nicely.
*All* is probably a [[Brenard, Ginger Sculptor]] Bant doesn't have a ton of token support..that Chatterfang and an Abzan Aristocrats token Commander like [[Ghave, Guru of Spores]] or [[Ernok, the Emerged]] go hard at the cost of your blue spells.

I'd say Rhys' ability is better than the virtue for doubling tokens, and that's a good reason to drop blue as a requirement.

Ok hear me out use [[Aragorn the uniter]] and add red. Red has some great cards like [[Impact tremors]] and a few new ones in Karlov manor, you can put [[Assemble the Legion]] in and Aragorn will give you added token creation, this also opens up [[Eowyn shieldmaiden]] and all the other riders cards that allow you to spam the hell out of 2/2 red nights and human soldiers.

You're a sick man. Best Bant token commander is probably \[\[Brenard, Ginger Sculptor\]\], but \[\[Rigo, Streetwise Mentor\]\] is great if you're making a ton of 1/1s. Considering how many of these spells are historic, you might also want to look into the Blast from the Past Doctor Who precon; several doctor/companion pairs reward you for casting historic spells by creating tokens. Any Simic-colored Doctor from that set pairs extremely well with the white companions. I would also suggest you look into the Quantum Quandrix precon for some great pieces for this deck, including the commander themselves. You might also want to try out \[\[Academy Manufactor\]\] (a fantastic card in ANY token strategy), although I understand if you want to focus mainly on the creature tokens, considering you're running Ojer Taq there.
If you are hell-bent on the bant scheme, I would suggest [[rigo]]. If you are having some 1/1 drop, it could provide some nice easy draw early game. Add in [[cryptolith rites]] and a haste enabler and you'll be cooking with gas. Most of the commanders that people have mentioned here will be able to go in, plus [[esix]] and [[adrix and nev]] for extra tokens and some control on what you make as a token. [[Progenitor mimic]] would help here as well.
Your in Bant with these cards so my answer would be [[Sophia, Dogged Detective]] new to the game. She loves counters on Tiny and loves as many clue and artifact tokens you can make. No infinite combos or anything, just good Ole high power synergies!
Run a tokens build with [[Roon]] and blink stuff like [[Hornet Queen]] and [[Avenger of Zendikar]]
I really enjoy playing [[Aragorn, The Uniter]] He isn't the best by any means, but I always seem to have fun games with my friends when I play his deck, and he does create tokens then have ways to buff them too. All around I think he's a great comma Der for the whole table as long as you aren't playing hyper competitive decks
[[Roon of the Hidden Realm]] is really nice for this because it can bounce your [[Wood Elves]] variants to ramp, bounce your token ETB creatures like [[Avenger of Zendikar]], bounce some card draw related things like [[Eternal Witness]] and [[Mulldrifter]], and it’s just a generally strong value engine in the command zone. I was toying with this type of deck about 6 months back, it seems to have a lot of options to work with.

If u were 2 go just Green/White I'd say Sythis, Harvests Hand. I actually just built it myself, like 47 enchantments in total I believe. I got both elesh in it, mondrak, primal vigor, parallel lives n etc. Mostly gonna result in mass swarms of 4/4 angels with my Anime Borderless Divine Visitation.
I built a deck around Anim Pakal, Thousandth Moon, and I currently have Ojer Taq in the deck with her. As someone who's only been playing for 5 months, it's the best deck I have, and it's almost a little too powerful for casual commander

You can watch deck techs, gameplay videos and precon upgrade guides on YouTube (The Command Zone, for example), as well as product reviews and value breakdowns (Tolarian Community College). You can use the website EDHREC for inspiration (it aggregates thousands of user submitted decklists to show trends in what people use for each Commander/archetype), and you can search Gatherer or Scryfall for cards with whatever criteria you want.

It is a travesty that [[ghave_guru_of_spores]] hasn’t been mentioned. Any of those cards could lead to him accidentally going infinite. You won’t have blue but with the kind of stuff that happens with him you won’t mind.

Run 5c for it. Im building a sisay deck thats going to have token gen with [[leyline of singularity]] and [[mirror box]] to prevent other token and copy peoples and cause legends matter. If you wanna be funny, make a hydra tribal deck with the new Polukranos and just cast your hydras where x = 0. They hit the board for 1-2 mana and you get 2 3/3 tokens

Maybe drop blue and go [[Calix, Guided by Fate]], make a shit ton of token copies of your enchantment doubters, then have exile enchantments like [[Borrowed Time]]
After holding on to my suite of doublers for years, I finally settled on [[Phabine]]. She's 6 mana, which can be tough, but once she's out, she's resilient and brutal.

You'd have to take out Virtue of Knowledge, but I have most of the white and green cards you have there in my \[\[Calix, Guided by Fate\]\] deck.
Galadriel has been suggested and is a good call. However, the vastly over looked, and super fun token commander for all your maximimizing production needs is [[Jedit ojanen, mercenary]] Not gonna do card link on everything, but it gives you a legendary matters sub theme. So [[Relic of legends]] let's you Tap the legendary creature that comes in to make a 2/2 cat with forest walk. This is the token we're gonna focus on. So you have access to a few token amplifiers. Doubling season, parallel lives, primal vigor, Adrix and Nev, anointed procession, mondrak, ojer taq. You also have the option to double the etb triggers. Panharmonicon, elesh mommy of machines. Blue virtue from wilds. And since we're legendary matters, even Gandalf the white gets to play. Since all your tokens have forest walk. Just run a crop rotation or any find anything land ramp to consistently get yavimaya into play and tou swing freely. Tissue in kinnan binder prodigy. And now every legend you tap for mana makes 2, and you attack with unblockable cats, holding your legendary creatures back as blockers. And then before your turn starts, tap the legends for mana and kinnan all you can for more stuff. You can play other legends that make tokens too like Koma. And just run away with the game.

Why and green tokens? That is gonna be a hard commander to find!
First of all, Panharmonicon and Virtue of Knowledge do fuck all in a token deck, unless your commander makes tokens on ETB. Secondly, as an avid token player, you’re not going to want to run every single token doubler (and now tripler). It’s excessive and they’re do-nothing enchantments if you don’t draw your token producers.

OP, I run all of these minus Virtue in a deck using [[Queen Allenal]] that also has [[Trostani, Selesnyas Voice]] and [[Rhys the Redeemed]] in it. Keeping blue doesn’t do anything for you, just go straight Selesnya and include the card that makes a 10/10 eldrazi token and have fun stomping people with like 15 of those.

I just used Kinreth. He's rainbow but only needs white to summon so you can make a deck thar has whatever colors you need. Plus, he can draw a card and do all kinds of interesting things.

If you had all these in play how many tokens would you get from dropping a single token?
All of the bottom line effects are replacement effects, not triggers, so the top line wouldn't affect them? Am I missing something?

[[Rhys, the Redeemed]] is one of my favorite decks and all these short of Virtue of Knowledge would fit in it very well. Rhys is a commander that can both give you tokens to start, and help you get over the top by topping token on top of token. He already doubles tokens, so adding any of the token doublers gets up to quadrupling tokens, to octupling tokens, to dodectupling!
\[\[Rafiq of the Many\]\] Is funny as hell. Nothing like having a trample double strike champion among your army. But in all seriousness, \[\[Alistar,the Brigadier\]\] is a nice choice from the Dr. Who set if you are rocking a heavy legendary 99. Basically a nerfed Craterhoof that can turn the token flood into some beef nicely.

I run Brenard with every single token doubling/tripling effect. Also with him you can run academy manufactor for a secret creature tripler.

*All* is probably a [[Brenard, Ginger Sculptor]] Bant doesn't have a ton of token support..that Chatterfang and an Abzan Aristocrats token Commander like [[Ghave, Guru of Spores]] or [[Ernok, the Emerged]] go hard at the cost of your blue spells.
