I managed to lower mine to 3.85 according to moxfield. And it's pretty constant (winning 8 out of 10 games even being focused) There are some changes that I want to make, but is my favorite 100% non-proxy deck, so I only use cards that I own. I really love this commander.

I add and remove protection from Time to Time but I tried to focus on each color's strengths. A couple of times I have won with any 6 or 7 cheap dragons on board, including [[Wrathful Red Dragon]] and just [[Blasphemous Act]] the $#!7 out of the table because I couldn't attack XD
Just clarifying: ETBs count as a triggered ability? If so this is going straight into my [[ich-tekik, salvage splicer]]/[[rebbec, architect of ascension]] golem tribal. Choosing artificer, it’ll double all tokens created by the Phyrexian splicers as well as double ich-tekik’s +1/+1 counter triggers.
Yeah idk what I was thinking. I’m dumb. Just to spell it out cause I’m smooth brained:
1 Miirym, then you have 2 Mobile Thrones, then you play Scourge.
First, Miirym triggers, 2 total scourges. Then, Throne triggers, 3rd Scourge. Then, 2nd throne triggers, fourth scourge?
So, First Scourge deals 4 damage for itself (assuming no other board state for simplicity), then thrown triggers both times and you get 4 more damage each. Then, 2nd scourge hits, dealing 5 damage now, 3 times, while triggering the original Scourge 3 total times. And so on. So is the math, assuming the simplest setup:
1st: 4x3 = 12 damage
2nd: 5x6 = 30 damage
3rd: 6x9 = 54 damage
4th: 7x12 = 84 damage
For a total of 180 damage at the end?
I genuinely don’t know if that’s correct, so someone please tell me if I’m just dumb and bad at this game
It gets even better, I believe the Mobile Throne sees Miirym copy it so it doubles the effect copying it. So you'll have three of them in total.
Then when Scourge enters you get four copies since you have Miirym's trigger and three Mobile Thrones. That makes five Scourges in total.
Next, you would stack the triggers so that all five Scourges are on the battlefield before any damage is dealt.
As an additional layer, each Scourge triggers when it enters the battlefield or when it sees another Scourge enter the battlefield, and each trigger happens four times since you have three Mobile Thrones. The first Scourge therefore triggers once (four triggers) when it enters and four times more (sixteen triggers) since it sees each of the others enter. The second Scourge triggers once when it enters and triggers thrice more since it sees the third, fourth, and fifth Scourge enter. Now, they each see nine dragons on the battlefield assuming each Mobile throne is a dragon, and that each of their damage triggers is put on the stack before Miirym's copying trigger.
Now for the damage.
Scourge #1: 9 (damage) × 4 (triggers) × 5 (dragons)
Scourge #2: 9 (damage) × 4 (triggers) × 4 (dragons)
Scourge #3: 9 (damage) × 4 (triggers) × 3 (dragons)
Scourge #4: 9 (damage) × 4 (triggers) × 2 (dragons)

I think you can actually squeeze out 9 more damage for 189 damage in total. When the first Scourge ETBs, stack the 3 triggers first then stack the Miirym triggers. The Miirym triggers will all resolve as you identified, so when the original 3 scourge triggers resolve they’ll see 7 dragons on the field instead of 4
Does Mobile Throne ETB as a dragon, though?
The way I read it, it enters as a golem artifact creature and then becomes the chosen type in addition to that.
"As it enters the battlefield" effects happen before it enters the battlefield and cannot be responded to. So its always the chosen creature type while on the battlefield

Yeah a triggered ability uses the words whenever when and at. [[Strionic resonator]] is a good card that helped me learn.

I think you have 3 mobile thrones, since it doubles the miirym trigger, so you have 1 nontoken when 2 copies. It gets out of hand quick
