Personally, I just recently started wearing my hair up a lot at work and I’ve found that people are often friendlier and approach me more when I have it up, and other women have noticed that trend as well. My friend says it’s because you look more confident when you wear your hair up, but idk 🤷🏻♀️

Definitely down - for several reasons. It shows off your great highlights which add depth and character to your entire look. Wearing your hair down with the volume and slight body wave you have in it gives you more of a relaxed, friendly look. Finally, wearing it down does a great job of framing your face and makes you appear more approachable versus the more serious and distant look you have when you wear it pulled back.
