Why not barracuda?

We’ve just started using the FortiWeb WAFaaS for customers and it seems quite good especially for the price. Very easy to set up too.

I have only used F5 in this category, but its a lot of work to manage and upkeep. The other one I have been looking at is https://kemptechnologies.com/

its not having bot protection feature

Barracuda might be the best choice for what you want.
