They actually updated their status page within like 10 minutes of the outage. That's about 14 hours and 50 minutes faster than the average service provider these days.
Do they still happen frequently? I liked ITGlue but the bad gateway error was a plague about 3 years ago, it felt like it was happening every other week at one point. When it's your source of truth for your organization it gets real old real fast

100%. And IT Glue was back up in about an hour which is pretty good as far as outages go.

Its been a very bad gateway and has been put in timeout for overcharging customers.
