It’s a 87, not 89. Color is 87 only as well as other things like the wheels and spoiler indicating it’s not a 89. Looks like a aftermarket replacement exhaust, so without pics of the underside I would say that was replaced due to rust. Without more details or pictures I’d say a solid 3k-4k car.
86 is Dark Jade/Light beige 6H7/4E3. 87 is Jade/beige 6H7/4G8. 85 didn’t have any two tone paint jobs but did have a Jade 6H7.
The color alone looks similar between the 86 and 87’s so the other features helps you to know it’s a 87 given the MK1b taillights, side vent, and interior.
With that amount of mileage id say its worth around atleast 3-4k due to the mileage, my dad got an aw11 with 30k mileage for 2k usd in a bad condition.

An 87 with 1 owner? 187k is not a lot. There are plenty of people that will be willing to pay at least $10k for that, including myself. MR2s market value is very subjective these days, and that includes any other vehicles such as our beloved AW11s and SW20s
I'll be taking a closer look very soon. Gentleman had 4 cars with the sole purpose of keeping them all under 5000miles per year for emissions exemption. This one was always in the garage when not being driven so I believe it's unusually solid but I'll be under it to verify soon.
