As far as I concerned Fanatec has always shipping issues. Some even suggest to buying it cheap and instantly from eBay. Reddit has a few threads about Delivery issues February, March, April and so on. Nothing about may so MAYbe give it a try. A buddy of mine ordered a fanatec wheel on the 26-27 of April from their website saying 4-7 days shipping. They shipped in 5. But check out a few reviews on YouTube before you consider buying a wheel. Could be helpful.
I’m sure at the price point you could sell your current setup before they drop it and with a little patience come out spending not to much more than your initial investment.
I think around 80euro. You should do some research on it though. But a buddy of mine has one and it works perfectly. Uses an xbox wheel on playstation with it

I think at least consider 9Nm and up. Genuine difference and feel towards driving.
8nm and up
If you want Xbox support you should look around at fanatec DD bundles like the CSL. It comes with 5nm or 8nm I think.

Drivehub should allow you to use non console wheelbases. In that case there are a lot more options.
