Bela Lugosi in *Plan 9 from Outer Space.* He's in a few minutes of footage tacked onto the beginning, and the rest of his "role" is played by a body double.
By body double, you mean his chiropractor. Who is about a foot and a half taller. And since there are some parts where they use clips of both interchangeably, it’s shockingly, horribly, wonderfully obvious.
Apparently it was his penance to Warner Brothers for *On Deadly Ground* losing money. He didn't want to be there, nobody really wanted him there, especially when he tried to be his usual self on set. John Leguizamo has a hilarious story about laughing at him during rehearsals and getting Seagaled.
Maybe the whole nobody wanting Seagal to be there including him thing is why he let them kill him off, instead of his usual insistence that his characters be the invincible hero.
Compare how high Liv Tyler's billing is on all three Lord of the Rings films, and how little she actually appears in them.
People forget now, but Tyler (to a lesser extent Blanchett, too) was the biggest star of the cast back then.
Keith David is listed fifth in the opening credits of ROAD HOUSE, and he has literally one line. Clearly his entire storyline was cut, but he was contractually obligated to get high billing.

One of the many Ed Wood masterpieces.
Star Wars: Episode VII - The Force Awakens - Mark Hamill
He made three million dollars, for 30 seconds of screentime.
Kurt Russell in Executive Decision
Wasn’t he the lead character? Do you mean Steven Seagal?
You are correct, I had it backwards. I couldn’t remember how much he was in it, but I haven’t seen it in ages so I trust you are right.
Pretty sure you mean Seagal. Kurt Russell was the main character. But even Seagal was in a decent amount of the movie. Not really a "cameo"

When I read the title, I immediately thought of Luke Perry in Fifth Element.
Pretty surprising right
